Author: Let's take a break, shall we?
for my own good cause I'm tired as fuck.

::////Flashback////::

"You're mine."

"You belong to me."

"You're nothing else but property."

Philip.

"Are you ok. You seem more tired than usual."

"Yeah, I just have been having nightmares lately."

My brother helped me up from bed. And we went to get breakfast. We saw Nanay, Tatay, and Kuya Del all eating spam and rice with eggs. "Magandang umaga, mahal.", Nanay said in her morning voice. "Magandang umaga po.", me and Kuya Martial said.
Me, Kuya Del, Kuya Martial, Nanay, and Tatay finished breakfast. Tatay said that him and Nanay were going to go do some errands. Nanay said that Kuya Del has to "take care of us" while they were gone. Just like any obedient child, he'll listen. "Opo, ma'am.", Kuya Del said soluting. I giggled in his sarcasm. "You guys should be here when we get back, ok?", Tatay said and we all said yes and they left.
"Kuya Del, can pleeeaaase go to the snack shop?", Kuya Martial begged. "But we have snacks at home.", Kuya Del responded back. Martial pouted. "Oh fine.", Kuya Del said rolling his eyes. "Yess.", Kuya Martial said in excitement. "But you better have money, because I'm not paying."

We were walking to the shop. It was just a normal day outside, sunny and hot. Where I live is in a village, where almost everyone knows each other. I didn't have to much friends, though. The closest things to "friends" were my brothers. Kuya Del was the oldest and then Martial and then me. Being the youngest sucks because you'll always have hand downs and you never get anything you want. If you did, then you must be lucky.

Well back to the story.

We passed by houses and people said hi and we said hi back like normal. Like I said, a normal day. So we finally reach the snack shop. The shop was small and had and hade a tiny gate that hung all the snacks up and a tiny hole for paying.

(if the picture didn't show up then it probably didn't upload)

"Kumusta po!", Kuya Martial greeted the cashier. "Oh, nakita ko ulit kayo.", the cashier said back. "Will you get the usual?", the cashier asked. "Opo, ma'am.", Kuya Martial responded back. He handed the cashier the cash and in return got those iced candy things. "Salamat po!", Martial said back to the cashier and waved goodbye.
"Wow, what a perfect time to eat that, Martial.", I said, obviously showing that I want a bite. "No way, I'll let you have some!", Martial said trying to hide the ice candy away. I giggled. "I was just kidding!", I said putting my hands in front of me. Kuya Del laughed. "You guys are cute when you argue with each other.", Kuya Del laughed. "No we don't.", I say back.
We decide to sit on the side of the road, but not to far from the snack shop. We talked for awhile and had our laughs here and there.

Then we saw a group of men marching in the street.
The men wore uniforms that didn't look familiar to me. One of them was holding a flag that didn't look familiar.

Kuya Del looked panicked.

"Guys, we need to go home, now.", Kuya Del said strictly like something bad was going to happen. "W-why?", Kuya Martial asks. "We just need to go now.", Kuya Del said.

/////////time skip////////

Martial p.o.v.

We ran home, but I still didn't know why we had to rush back home so early. When we reached home I saw Tatay and Nanay there. They didn't seem to happy. There was a flag in the distance, the flag didn't seem familiar at all. It was white with red x that came from all corners of the flag. "Kaya nakita mo din, anak?", Tatay said to Kuya Del. "Opo.", he responded back. "Puta. This is bad.", Nanay said sighing.

/////another time skip cause Lazy//////

Del Pilar's p.o.v

About 2 hours past since that flag was set in the distance. I saw ships that were sailing up the coast of the beach. There were men everywhere.  This was bad because we were afraid that we've been concurred.

I heard a knock on the door.

Nanay checked the door and opened it. It revealed three men dressed in white uniforms.
"Is this the house of Philipines?", one of the men said in a serious tone. "Y-ye—", I was cut off by Tatay. "Hayaan mo akong hawakan ito, anak.", Tatay said and I nodded. "Yes, this is the house of Philipines'.", Tatay responses back to the man. "El bien.", the man said checking of something in a piece of paper. "Are these your children?", the same man said. "Yes", Tatay said. "Which one is Philipines?", he said looking at each one of us. I gulped. Tatay pointed at Philip. "Him?", the man said and laughed a little. "Parece demasiado pewueno para ser un pais.", he said and the other two men laughed. "Who is the other one?"the man said pointing at Martial. "That is Martial, my second eldest son.", Tatay said. The man checked off something from the same piece of paper.
The man said something in another language that I didn't know and the two other men grabbed Martial's and Philip's wrists'. Both Martial and Philip  tried to resist, but the two men were to strong. I wanted to do something but I looked at Tatay, though his face is filled with anger, he tries to stay neutral. "We'll be taking these two from orders from the king.", the man said. "You can't just take my sons you bastar—", Nanay suddenly says before getting cut of by the man. "Are you resisting against the king's authority?",  the man said strictly. He pulled out a gun and put it against Philip's head.

Everybody froze.

I saw Martial, his face was panicking and so was everybody else.

The man lowered his gun from Philip's head. A sigh of relief went through my mind. "Your lucky that the king wanted these two alive or else I would have shot both of them.", the man smirked and they left the house with my two brothers.

I now realize I kind of post quickly for some reason.
yeet.
This was longer than other chapters too.

PS: I used google translate because I'm generally bad at Spanish and Filipino.

I'm a disappointment
