Harry drove around for a while, going in circles around side streets until he finally pulled over and looked at me. "What's the place you were talking about?" He asked, his eyes never leaving my face.

I could feel his stare on me as I stared at my lap, my hands shoved in my jacket pockets to hide the shaking. I looked at him before I said, "It's called Champions. You've been there," I said, my eyes immediately widening. "I-I mean...I've seen you there. You came in with a girl, but then left right away."

"Yeah, I know the place." He told me as his body moved to sit forward again, his eyes leaving my face.

I frowned, my eyebrows furrowing as I shifted in my seat. Had I said or done something wrong? Was he uncomfortable around me now? He seemed so confident on the field, but maybe that was because that was the only place he felt safe.

He had shared that with me. He told me the field was like his home and I figured that mean that's where he felt most comfortable, but did that mean he wasn't comfortable at his actual home?

"Listen, I've got an idea. Now, we don't have to, but I would like to take you somewhere different. It might be good for you to have a change of scenery. I mean, it's totally fine if you dont want to, but-"

"Harry, stop." I said, interrupting him mid sentence. He was stuttering over his words and was talking fast, nervous obviously, and I couldn't help but to wonder if he was this nervous around Ruby or if it was just me. Maybe he had an extremely strong gaydar and could tell I was one hundred percent not into girls and that's what was making him so uncomfortable. Maybe he knew how infatuated with him I was and that made him uncomfortable. Niall, find some chill. Either way, he needed to be stopped. Now, usually I would have just let the person stutter and fumble around with their words, but in an odd way, I felt like I could be bold and up front with Harry, but I was very confused by how easy it was for me to stop him from talking. "We can go somewhere else, if that's what you want. I honestly do not care." I told him with a shrug.

Harry nodded, still not looking over at me, which made me frown again. "Great, I know just the place."

Harry drove for about an hour and during that hour, I sent messages to Zayn, Vanessa, Luke and Louis.

To V: Won't be comin to the bar tonight. out with a friend.

To Zayn: can't come t the bar tonight. see you.

To Luke: don't worry. i'm safe. don't tell them i'm with harry. see you tomorrow.

To Louis: won't be there tonight. out.

I didn't bother sending a message to Lauren or Sophia. I figured Lauren would be with Zayn and he would just let her know and Sophia wouldn't really notice if I messaged her or not. Plus, Vanessa would probably tell her if she even showed up at the bar.

I was a bit dissapointed Harry didn't want to go to the bar because I think it would've been nice for him to meet my friends, plus I kind of wanted to show off that I was with Harry. He was smart though because we were probably going to a very private bar or club or wherever he was taking me. I'm sure if we went to Champions, we woul've been bombarded by people and it wouldn't have given us a very good chance to spend time together, which I really wanted.

When we arrived at the building, I looked up from my phone to see a dark colored brick building with flashing purple lights of sign reading 'Orchid Lounge'. I stepped out of the car shakily when Harry did, carefully shutting my door. I looked around and we seemed to be in a sort of industrial type area, far away from the hustle and bustle of the area near the stadium. It was clear that I was nervous and somewhat frightened of the area, but I wouldn't dare speak a word of my nervousness to Harry. I didn't want to upset him.
