"Jacquie? Jacquie? JACQUIE!" screamed my stepmom Michelle. Dad met her a few months ago when he went to go and visit his dad's friend. Frank, the painter, is Michelle's dad. Before I knew it, they were married and Dad had forgotten all about Mom.
"Yeah?" I said without looking up from my phone.
"Ah. You always get distracted like this. I wish you would focus. Anyway, do you want more pancakes?" Michelle asked.
"No thanks. I'm going to go now." I replied. I was meeting my best friends Richelle and Summer for a movie.When I arrived, they were both there and waiting for me! Just then, I heard a familiar voice, " Don't you think we're a little old to be tattling? "
