ch. 4

As I wake up I look down to see that I had fallen asleep in Thomas's  arms I don't know what happened last night . I looked at my phone and realized it was only eight o'clock. I don't know what I'm going to tell my mom. I guess I can tell her the truth that thomas was kicked out and needed to stay for a while.

As I walk in the house I can smell pancakes and warm syrup. As I walk in the kitchen I see my mother cooking." Well good morning sun shine why don't you go and invite the boy in" she said with a smile." Your not mad " I say . "Why no I was sure you was coming to tell me I had seen him leave here the other day" she says with a smile. " I was sure you wouldn't keep your boyfriend a secret from me long" she said laughing. "Oh he's not my boyfriend he's just colbys brother he needs a place to stay for a while" I say sitting down to a pile of pancakes. "Well go get him I'm sure he is hungry" she tells me.

As I walk to the boxing room I open the door to thomas still asleep. He looks so peaceful. "Thomas wake up my mom made breakfast also she thinks your my boyfriend " I say shaking him. His eyes fly open and he smiles." Well if I'm your boyfriend don't I deserve to be woke up a better way" he says looking at me then his bulge in his pants. "Yea sure " I say giving him a sarcastic look.

As we enter the kitchen Thomas's  eyes grow wide." Oh my god it smells so good in here" he says taking in the smells. "Thank you I have made pancakes and warmed the syrup" she says smiling. As we sit down to stuff are face with the food my mother tells thomas that he can call her miss. H . After we finish eating thomas leaves to go get clothes and I'm left with my mother talking about how handsome he is.

"You can tell him he can stay as long as he needs to kellie he seems like a real nice young man" she says smiling.

"Ok mom I will" I reply.

As I hear a car pull up outside I go to help thomas put his stuff in the boxing room. "My mom said you can stay as long as you want" I tell him. "She seems really sweet how did you come from her" Thomas says laughing . "Ha ha very funny" I say sarcasticly. "Although I do see were you get your looks from" he states as he stares into my eyes.

I feel my cheeks burn and he starts walking towards me.

Days turned to weeks and weeks turned to months before I knew it Thomas had been with us for 4 months. We had raced every Friday like usual and boxed with zyler. Me and colby still had problems I just don't get why he hated me so much now that his brother was back.

It was my favorite day Friday I couldn't wait to get home and get ready for the race tonight if only 4th period would hurry and end. "Are you ok" zyler asked. "Yea I just can't wait to get home it's Friday which means race night" I said excitedly.  "You know people are starting to talk about you and Thomas and by people I mean colby he's making up rumors" he said blankly.

"I don't care what he says he's just jealous of everything which includes his brother I just don't know what's up with him I have a feeling it has something to do with me whooping his ass every friday" I say with a smile. "I think he likes you more than what he is leading on I bet if you gave him something to win for he would. I say something like a kiss with you" zyler said with a smile. "Fine you can bring it up tonight to see if he takes the bait but I doubt it but make it interesting maybe put him and Thomas up against each other" I reply laughing.

As the bell rings for us to leave I walk towards creed when I look up to see thomas leaned against her." What are you doing here" I say laughing. "I got your mom to drop me off thought I would suprize you plus it was boring at that house I had to get out" he said with a smile and a wink. As we hop in the car I turn the radio on ACDC highway to hell is playing as Thomas goes to change the station I smack his hand and turn it up loud. As we leave people are staring including colby when I notice him I shoot him a bird and spin out of the parking lot. "What was that thomas asks as I shift gears putting enough space in be teen me and that school." It was nothing just something to fuel tonight's race which is gonna be a good one" I say with a evilish grin.
