Sarah POV
It's been two weeks today since my college break, right now I'm in the kitchen, Ayaan is having his toast with scrambled eggs and an orange juice while I was drinking my morning coffee seated on the kitchen bench, 'ummi I will not be coming home right after the football practice, I'll head to Alex's place and be home before it's 7pm promise' he said while eating, I rolled my eyes, he never comes home on time if he goes to Alex's home till he makes mom worried sick. Mom went to leave him to the door while I was munching on my toast spread with peanut butter. So this is my little family. I being the eldest and 19 years, note that I will turn 20 in another three month time.
I just started college and met a bunch of new folks from there and now I'm pretty good and close to them, so here's a tiny bit about me I talk a lot and love doing that, I have slight anger management problem which everyone in my home hates anyways, I want to achieve my dreams so here I'm with lots of hopes. About my family, my mom is a housewife and she is a superwoman,we love her a lot. And my dad he is a businessman and a very hardworking man. And my brother and sister are both still schooling.
Since I'm on holidays I'm spending most of my time reading and sleeping, and sometimes helping mom. I have been asking dad to teach me to drive the car since 16 and still I didn't manage to get him to do it, so this time I asked him and he said let's go on a weekend, I was super excited and also I said Ayaan and Areeza, I clearly knew that they would poke their heads and join me and actually they did join me. As promised dad took us to a driving area and taught us, yes it's 'US' because these two sneaked in too, it was fun and we drove really well, actually Ayaan did it well than both of us. So that was how the first few days of my college vacation went. Going out to drive early in the morning with dad, and also we visited some of our cousins place and spent some days with them plus we had an engagement function so that was pretty good for me to chill a little. Me and my friends were planning on meeting up and that still didn't work out as usual because not all of us are free on the same particular day.
And I came back to reality from my train of thoughts on how the last two weeks flew and I realized I'm just having one week left before college starts. And so today I'm working on some college semester registrations online on my laptop cuddled in the chair while mom was arranging the pile of clothes seated in my room. I got a notification telling that my Advanced level results will be released tonight, wow that's a good timing I thought while felt slightly uncomfortable, and updated mom after sometime on it. Right now I feel devastated knowing it's tonight and also I feel relieved as well, knowing that it will be done by tonight. Anyways let's hope for the best.
