Is this what I think it is? Is he asking me out?
"Allie" he starts with a smile. "What kind of fruit snacks do you like?"
So this wasn't him asking me out. "I like the dinosaur ones" I reply with a smile.
"Okay. I will see you tomorrow right?" He says turning to leave.
"Yep" I say walking past him to my friend's car.
I get in to Maddie's car and she smiles and asks "So what was that all about?"
"Oh, he just wanted to know what kind of fruit snacks I like. Weird, right?"
"Yeah totally" she replies with a smile starting the car. She drops me off at my house. When I walk in my little brother is running around the house like a maniac. My mom is in the kitchen making dinner when I walk in.
My mom looks up from her cookbook. "How was your day?"
"Good" I reply grabbing an apple.
"Anything interesting happen?"
"Nope. I'm going up to my room to do homework."
"Okay dinner will be ready in an hour." And with that I ran up to my room. Upstairs I look at my phone. 7 new messages. 5 from a group message between me and a few of my friends. 1 from a girl in my Spanish class asking about the homework. And 1 from Max. I read the group ones first. They are talking about something random as always. Next I read and reply to the homework question. Finally I open the last one. I read it and reply.

We talk for until 2 am about random things then he has to go so we say goodnight and I fall asleep with a smile.
