Prologue
Janine's POV
I stepped out of the gate and looked around. The baggage claim was jam packed with all types of people from all over the world. I looked around to see if she was here. Sure enough, there she was, waving at me, a shit eating grin on her face.
I signaled to her to wait. She nodded, jumping up and down in excitement.
I walked over to the rotating belt until I saw my big, black suitcase come my way.
The same suitcase that I packed to move in with Harry.
The same suitcase I packed to move out of Harry's.
The same suitcase that brought me here.
I quickly grabbed it, shaking those thoughts from my mind. It rolled behind me as I got closer to my best friend. I smiled widely and picked up my speed.
I hugged her.
"ELLIE!"
"JENNY!"
"I've missed you so much."
"I've missed you too, Ellie."
"Welcome to New York." she said, with a big smile.
