Adventure of Naruto: The Fox Hybrid

Part I

5 month baby fox named Naruto slept peacefully besides his father. Curling down with his bushy tailed hiding his face. Today's s tiring but also a great day at the same time, his father teach him how to hunt. And because of the speed between foxes and other animals are different, his father told him what kind of type animal foxes can hunt and not. He reminds him too if it's better to take down an old or injured one because it would be easier to be hunted.

His father named Minato is a light brown almost yellowish wolf with bright blue eyes. And as for his mother is unknown. He never known who his mother are and what does she look like. His father said his mother is a fox and she's the most beautiful foxes he ever meet before. He said she has the same color mane like him just the difference is if all of her fur are red while him, Naruto, has both his parent's color. Light brown and red.

Because of this strange breed combination, Naruto's the only one in animals kingdom that has wolf and fox's blood, they called him hybrid. Those news spread fast into hunters ears and because of that his father decide to move from one place to another places so the hunters couldn't find them.

Minato look down at his son fondly, he nuzzling his head and lick the fur softly.

Naruto rolled onto his back and stretch out, yawning widely while his father keep licking his fur with those rough tongue. "Papa stop it." He chuckle, squirming around trying to escape.

"You're dirty," tease his father as he start nuzzling his muzzle. "And stinky too."

Naruto turn around with stomach on the ground before squirming from his father's grasp.

With amused Minato staring at his squirming son, held it for a moment before letting go. "Where are you going?" he asked when Naruto sniffing around their den with his red ears twitching.

"Papa can I go? I can smell squirrel from here." Beg Naruto facing his father. His blue eyes sparkling with excitement, tail wagging.

"Please don't go too far from the den, sweetheart." Yipping loudly Naruto dashed out from the den leaving his father who watch him with worried.

Running in the night is the best moment for him. Naruto can feel a cold breeze brushing his fur. He stops in front of the big and tall trees, wriggling his tail, Naruto sniffing the air. The scent of squirrel much stronger right now, he even could taste it.

Naruto too focus on his prey didn't notice of something hiding behind the bushes. Sounds of clicking finally gain his attention but his reactions are too late when suddenly his eyes begin heavier and his body becoming numb. Lost of control on his body, Naruto let the darkness take him. The last time he can remember is a tall figure hovering over him and talk with strange language to a its friend.

Meanwhile Minato who begin fidgeting, walk back and forth waiting his son to come back. And because of his parent instincts start kick in, he decide to left the den and looking for his son.

Minato stop for every minutes to sniff around before continue running. His son's scent end of the trees but his son wasn't there.

"Naru!" Called Minato in panic.

"Naru, it's me papa!" Minato bent over and sniff the ground. His face became paler when he smells his son's scent along with strange scent he never knew before.

With fears Minato tried to find those scent again but he couldn't find it. He running without directions while calling his son.

"Naru!" Minato howling in pain and desperate hoping his son hear and reply his howl.

Meanwhile

"did you hear that?" Howl of the wolf can be heard from afar.

"Shit, I guess that was the fox's father. I got the news if the father of the kit is a wolf while the mother is a fox." Suigetsu check the situation from dashboard try to make sure the father of the fox didn't following them. He drive as fast as he could. "Karin, you don't forget to erased our scent right?" he ask to his partner.

"Of course I am." Grunt Karin.

"Just to make sure. We don't want being hunted by angry wolf, are we?" Suigetsu took out off his jacket and gave it to Karin, "Take the jacket and draped it around the kit like a blanket so it could block its scent." Ordered him and Karin did it in silent. She cradle the fox kit carefully and drap the jacket around its small body.

"How is it?" Turn slightly just to look at the fox.

"Unconscious and healthy."

"Orochimaru-sama will be pleased." Suigetsu smirk widely.

Without they knowing the fox kit already woke up earlier than expected. Naruto kept his eyes closed and listen his surroundings in silent. He knew he screw up, he lost his father and he don't know where he is right now. He just want to give up and let them take him away, but deep down in his heart his intuition told him to escape as soon as possible before they reached their destination.

Then he made decision, when the grip on his finally loosened up and without thinking twice he bit the figure that was holding him and got a scream of surprised from it. After that, Naruto sprung into action, with quick glance he can feel the cold air that across from his, hit him hard which mean they were moving fast. Because no other option, took the chance Naruto hop onto another figure who yelling in strange language and trying to catch him. Grtitted his teeth with graceful Naruto avoiding those hand and jump out.

His small body bump into the ground quite hard but thankfully for his thick fur so it doesn't effect him as bad as it seems. Naruto could hear a loud screech not far from where he is. Yelp in pain with shaky legs Naruto stood up and start running into the deep and dark forrest.

Adrenaline rush through his system, with harsh breath Naruto forced his small body to keep running until he can find a safe place to hide.

Finally he can find a small rabbit hole that already have been abandoned. He gets in, thanks for his small body because its fits. Curling himself into small ball Naruto letting out a small whine. He's alone now without his father usual comforting scent and heat.
