I Don't Love Ouma-kun, Right?

Shuichi's POV
I woke up in a daze. Yesterday, we were freed from the killing game Tsumugi Shirogane trapped us in. No one murdered anyone the entire 5 months we were there. That somehow gave the people in the outside world enough time to rescue is. I still can't believe we all made it out alive. Tsumugi got arrested, and will be put on trial. I got dressed and headed to the cafeteria. Government officials decided to just let us live in a hotel that they designed for us while they get in contact with our relatives, since we don't remeber much from before the game. I started to make my way to the cafeteria, since we were still doing that routine. I wanted to go up to Kokichi Ouma, a "friend" of mine. He acted very, odd during the killing game. He lied to us about being the mastermind so he could save us, and I really love him for that. Not to mention everything else about him...
No, wait. He's just friend. Yeah, that's right. "What am I thinking?" I thought aloud.
I finally got to the cafeteria and my eyes darted around to see if Ouma-kun was there. Luckily he was but, he was with Rantaro.
That damned Rantaro Amami. I swear, everytime I want to just talk to Ouma-kun, he's there. I mean, he is Ouma-kun's best friend, but that doesn't give him the right to be with him all the time! There's nothing I can really do about that, so I guess I'll just talk to him later. Anyways, I want to talk to everyone else about how they're feeling.
"Hey Shuichi! Over here!" A familiar, and cute voice shouted. Wait. Could that be???
"Kokichi?" I questioned
"Come sit over with me and Amami-chan! Pleaseee??"
"A-ah, um sure, but Kaede and the others will probably sit here too." I said, avoiding eye contact.
"Fine, but only because I want to talk to my Shumai~"
I blushed, but covered my face with my arm and faked a cough so it wouldn't be too obvious.
After a few minutes of small talk, Rantaro asked Kokichi if he wanted to go shopping for some new clothes, since they didn't have much, and the government officals gave them money.  More like Tsumugi's money, because she was really wealthy. Really.
Nevertheless, I just said my goodbyes to them and just talked to Kaito and Kaede. I really couldn't focus on talking though, I kept thinking about Kokichi. It really doesn't seem healthy to think about him so much. No wait, it's perfectly fine. What if he's planning another scheme or prank? Yeah, I'm worried because of that! Right?
