What saved me from falling into madness
Was my ability to forget and forgive,
No matter how bruised, I refused sadness.
Until today, I had so much to give,But he rejected my gifts.
I am left standing by the chasm,
Right to the edge of a cliff,
Chaos in thoughts I can't fathom.Will he finally care if I let go?
Will I cry in pain when my body
Hit the bottom, colouring the snowOf a vibrant crimson red?
Will he cry in my memory
Or will he just laugh and forget?
