CHAPTER 5

ZACHARY felt the softness of the hand of his beloved. It's warm and soft. He looked directly in her hazel eyes.

He can feel his heart hammering inside his chest.

He smiled to her but Dale bowed to him.

"Sir." She said. Binawi nito ang kamay nito na hawak niya.

Sabay silang umupo.

Nakayuko lang si Dale habang kumakain at hindi nagsasalita. So he have the time to stare at her.

She's really beautiful. His wolf said and he agreed. His beloved is really beautiful.

Napatingin siya kay Layden ng sinipa siya nito sa paa sa ilalim ng mesa.

"What?" He asked.

You're making her uncomfortable, Zachary.  Pagsagot nito sa mindlink.

He just shrugged.

He felt his phone vibrated. Because of his sensitive hearing, he can hear Layden's phone also vibrating.

Halos sabay silang naglabas ng kanya-kanyang phone. He tsked. He doesn't need it pero dahil kailangan niyang makibagay. He need to use what human are using. At para hindi rin manghinala ang mga tao tungkol sa kanila. They need to have front. Just like having a company or assets.

Nawala ang ngiti niya nang makita kung ano ang nakita niya.

A picture.

Nagkatinginan sila ni Layden.

Ibinalik ni Zachary ang tingin niya sa screen ng kanyang phone. He don't know if its a woman or a man. The person in the picture is wearing a white hooded cloak.

Then another picture was send to him.

A picture that was a long cut at the back of the victim. At sa obserbasyon niya ay gawa sa pilak na sandata ang sugat dahil kakaiba ang sugat.

He received a message from his butler, Ryle.

'Your Majesty, that's a wound from a silver sword that the MYSTERIOUS HUNTER have.'

Layden and Zachary cussed.

It's been five years since the Mysterious hunter showed. Palagi itong nandoon kapag kailangan nila ng tulong. Pero walang nakakaalam sa kanila kung sino ito.

She's really a mysterious.

Zachary shooked his head and put back his cellphone in his pocket.

Tumingin si Zachary kay Dale na abala sa pagkain. He sighed and get the coke in can infront of him. He opened it and gave it to her.

"Huh?"

"Drink it."

"Sigurado po kayo, sir?"

"I'm sure." He answered.

Dale shrugged. "Thank you, Sir."

At the corner of his eyes, he saw Layden and Bree grinned.

They stilled when they smell some rogue and black vampires except for Dale dahil tao ito. Nagkatinginan silang tatlo. Sinenyasan ni Zachary si Bree na ilayo si Dale.

"Dale, let's go."

Nagulat si Dale sa biglaang pag-aya ng kaibigan. "Hindi pa ako tapos kumain."

"Aist! Sa opisina ka na lang kumain." Sabay hila ni Bree kay Dale patayo.

"Sandali—"

Nakatingin lang si Zachary at Layden sa dalawang babae na papalayo.

"Mas maganda sana kung nandito si Jariah." Wika ni Layden.
