Chapter Thirteen: Phan

*Troye's POV*

Tyler has been an absolute angel the past few days. He let me stay at his place after mine was broken into. He cleaned my apartment and then took me to hang out with Hannah to take my mind off of everything. I can't even explain how thankful I am for him letting me stay with him tonight.
Standing here with Hannah and Tyler I probably couldn't be more content. That's actually a really strange thought. A few months ago before, I started this class, I didn't have nearly as good of a life as I do now. I'm about to star in a movie, I actually have friends, and I have this amazing guy trying to win my heart. I'm glad I decided to join this class. I was so caught up in my thought I didn't even notice Hannah had said something to me.

"Hmm? Sorry I wasn't paying attention." I said, turning my attention toward Hannah.

"I asked if you were excited about the scenes we are going through today." Hannah replied, smiling her signature smile.

"Oh, yeah! Definitely." I said, not even sure what scenes we were even going to do today. I really should pay attention more.

Turns out we were going to be watching Dan and Phil do their scenes today. It had been hectic the last couple practices for me and Tyler. We had been focusing on our scenes (very roughly I might add) for a week now, so sitting back and watching everyone else was going to be fun.

*This is all going to be Dan and Phil acting now. So it's going to be almost like Troye narrating it.*

Dan and Phil took the stage. This is the first scene their in and it's a very simple scene, really. They are just laying on Phil's bed playing games on their laptops.

"Hey, Dan?" Phil asked, not taking his eyes off the screen.

"Yes?"

"Wanna make another Philisnotonfire? It's been forever since we made the fifth one. Come on!" Phil begged, now looking over at Dan with a big goofy smile plastered on his face.

"Sure. Why not?"

Dan and Phil then are shown sitting behind a camera, smiling from ear to ear.

"Hello internet!" Dan starts, just like every other video.

"Wait!"

Suddenly, Dan pulls out a large marker and starts drawing their signature cat whiskers on their faces, because as the duo says, "the cat whiskers come from within."

The rest of scene was quite entertaining. Dan and Phil acted like they did on their normal YouTube channel. They were sort of at an advantage there since they really do this stuff. Although, these characters are us, so it should all be easy.

"Stop! Timmy doesn't like it!" Phil shouted and Dan rubbed a stuffed snake between his legs.

It was hard not to laugh at their crazy behavior. It's like it was all natural and not just a script. Are me and Tyler like that?

"You're too cute." Dan whispered as Phil turned off the "camera."

"OMG stop! I am not." Phil blushed.

"I wish we could tell our viewers about us. It sucks not being able to actually look at you without overthinking how everyone will gif it and say we're in love." Dan complained.

"But we are." It was like Phil actually
caught Dan off guard with that sentence. They didn't seem like they were acting at the moment.

Hannah called cut and you could almost feel the tension in the air. We all clapped because let's face it, their performance was amazing, but it was almost too realistic. We all had suspected "Phan" was real, but this put it over the top.
