I finally decided to look at him again. He then let out a sigh. "Hello Touya" I wanted to tell him my name was not Touya anymore and then pinch him in the face but I was tied up and on thin ice.
All I did was just look at him about to respond. "Hello, I guess" Yep. The best thing that ever came out of my mouth was 'hello I guess'. I really am I fucking idiot when it comes to serious conversations. Well I mean I could have said way worse.
I noticed that I was still looking at his face. I then said something else that wasn't as stupid as the first thing I said. "So what now? Are you going to kill me or what? Tie me up? Let me go? Keep me hostage?"
Smooth. Real. Smooth.
He looked at me and smiled. HE ACTUALLY SMILED. Like I looked at the wedding pictured and he didn't even smile in those.
I was more than surprised. Thinking that my dad actually smiled.
