"Whoever scores the lowest on the quirk assessment test," Aizawa said menacingly, "will be expelled." He received his normal response, which featured a will array of emotions including anger, fear, and anguish. Students complained about taking this test instead of going to the orientation, but there was a purpose to this. Izuku was fully aware of the purpose; a decisive test to see whether students really wanted to be heroes. Those that have everything to lose would try their hardest, and push their limits. This also helps Aizawa see how his new class would handle under pressure. Izuku had an advantage knowing the truth after being told by Hizashi when learning of who Izuku's teacher was.
Though knowing about the test didn't help Izuku when it comes to actually passing it. He knew he could pass a few trials, though he could only do so much. Despite this, he devised a plan to pass the trials using his quirk. Though before he knew it, he was so deep in thought that everyone in the class started to stare at him. They could only imagine what he was thinking. Aizawa broke the silence by asking, "Izuku, come here and throw this ball."
Not wanting to anger his new sensei, Izuku hurriedly moved to where Aizawa was standing. He reached out, grabbed the ball, and threw it as far as he could.
"Sixty-six meters, not bad, but not good," Aizawa said in response, "Now do it with your quirk."
Izuku was baffled on why he was tasked to do this. Aizawa was aware that Izuku's quirk wasn't able to throw stuff. Suddenly, Izuku understood why Aizawa asked him to throw the ball. He was trying to see if people think outside the box using their quirk. Izuku wasn't receiving special treatment since he already knew Aizawa, he was being tested if he was strong. Aizawa already knew how Izuku could use his quirk to throw the ball. If Aizawa knew, it must be simple, so simple that a toddler could think of it. So that is what Izuku did.
He took the ball, tossed it into the air a meter. As it came back down, Izuku used his quirk to make a gust of air that pushed the ball so far it went out of sight. Izuku looked over to see Aizawa contently smile seeing how far the ball went. Some of the students saw Izuku's quirk and put together his last name and pro hero Present Mic's last name. They would be correct to say Present Mic was Izuku's dad, but unaware that weren't related biologically.
"724.1 meters, not to bad Izuku," Aizawa said smugly, "Could be better though, at least you caught on." This comment seemed to anger the blond guy that had saved Izuku during the entrance exam.
"WHY DOES HE GET SPECIAL TREATMENT? You seem to already know him now don't you. Just cause he is a useless mute who is the son of your friend doesn't make him more important than the rest of us. I bet he is weak, I saw that during the exam when I saved that loser." The blond said running at Izuku, but suddenly he was stopped as white scarves ended his rage. A look of confusion arose when he couldn't use his quirk to escape.
"This kind of behavior is not tolerated at U.A. You are one to talk about playing favorites. Anyways I am tired and sick of this. Go back to the group and shut up." Aizawa said defensively. So many people were shocked at what had just occurred. All Aizawa did was just have everyone start with the test then.
Izuku watched others carefully to see their quirks, and how to counter them. He mainly noticed the stares from others after what had previously happened. Izuku used his quirk in new ways, such as using it like a jet similar to the student with the laser in his chest. This creativity helped him land number five on the test. Those in front of him seemed to be very strong, especially the guy who was yelling earlier. The score board said his name was Katsuki Bakugou, but it might as well have been All might. He was suspotcailsy strong, but he had an explosive quirk. Having two quirks is unheard of which lead to Izuku being intrigued. He mainly felt sorry for the student who had placed last, Minoru Mineta.
"You all pass." Aizawa announced to the group to more shocked reactions. Someone even said it was purposeful, but Aizawa must have seen something in him to allow Mineta to stay. Aizawa continued to announce, "Back to class now, that's it for today."
Izuku wondered what was going on with that blond guy, but before he could write a message to show the guy in order to "talk", Ochaco went and talked to Izuku. She was flanked by the very rigid boy with engines in his legs, who Izuku was named Iida. "Izuku, sorry some people seem to have a grudge against you. I saw some other people say some things when they went to the lockers. Though I found out Iida here knows sign language."
"Wow, not many people do, and when it comes to the others reactions, it's fine. People have been like that to me all my life. You start to get used to it." Izuku signed to his new friends. "Do you guys want to walk home together?"
With a quick response yes from the other two, they set off after packing up their bags. They talked (and signed) on the way back to their own homes, and learned they had a lot in common. Izuku was finally happy to have friends and family. Though he didn't know that it could come to an end soon, because someone wanted their kid back. Not to love him, but to study his quirk.

AN- So, this chapter finally happened. I am happy that I did it after procrastinating. It doesn't take more then an hour to make a chapter, I am just kinda lazy. Hopefully you guys are ready for the next chapters, especially with that spicy cliffhanger at the end. If you have any suggestions I am open to hearing them. If you have ideas for others for other stories you want me to make, let me know. I would also like to know whether I should change the cover of the book. I don't know what I would change it to, but I want your opinions. Hope you guys are liking the story. -Praetor
