Still at the Empire
Dr: Right now I sent her to the bathroom to throw some water in her face so she will be out in a second but I say have her take a test as soon as possible so she can notify work !
John: Yes thank you I will make sure of it !
They shake hands and Chuck walks the doctor out !
Nikki: Hey !
She said with a huge smile on her face
John: How you feeling ?
Nikki: Better and so happy maybe this is the boy we've been working for !
She said as she winked to him !
John: Haha I hope so !
He said as she pulled her in for a hug !
Nikki: If I am should we consider that the girls present or wait till Christmas ?
John: I say Christmas so we can surprise everyone !
Nikki: Good idea but people will start to suspect if I'm not wrestling !
Then Chuck walks back confused by what he heard !
Chuck: Wrestling ?
Nikki: Yeah ?
Chuck: Why do you wrestle ?
Nikki: I'm a WWE Diva ! 2 time champion ! I think if I am pregnant I'm done ! Not only for the next 9 plus months but for good !
She said as she turned to John !
John: You say that but I will bet you anything that within 2 months of having baby John Jr. You will want to go back to work !
Nikki: Aww baby you named him already ! But please don't get your hopes up that it's a boy ! We could have another girl !
John: I know I'm just so excited ! If we have a boy that just completes our family !
Nikki: Yes and not entirely !
She turns to Chuck and pulls out the papers from her purse and hands them to her !
Nikki: Sign them !
Chuck: I don't have a pen
She takes one out of her purse and hands it to him !
Chuck: Forgot your always efficient !
Nikki: Only when it comes to something I really need and want !
Chuck: You've always wanted big things !
Nikki: Chuck stop being an ass and sign these papers so we could leave ?
Chuck: At least humor me !
Nikki: What ?
Chuck: Why did you just get up and leave ?
Nikki: Why ? Haha well I was tired that almost every night you drank and at times comes home with sluts and forced me out of my bed ! You said you would never do it again and I was the stupid one for always giving you chances ! 3 weeks before I got up and left I was so scared I thought I was pregnant !
Chuck: What do you mean you thought ?
Nikki: I had symptoms and I went to the doctor and he told me I was ! Do you know how scared I was all I could think one of was one of two thing ! You'll be happy but you'll still go out and party and so what you want because let's face it you can ! Or you'll send me away so that I didn't change your life style ! So I left and thought I raise my baby on my own ! A month later I got my period so I went to the doctor and they told me it had been a false alarm ! You don't know how happy I was I thanked God ! Because I knew that I could never bring myself to tell you that we had a child ! I never wanted to raise a child with a father who was drunk all the time !
Chuck: If you would have told me I would have changed !
Nikki: Oh because I didn't hear that one when I asked for a divorce !
Chuck: What do you mean ?
Nikki: See you don't even remember ! When I asked for a divorce you told me no I will change ! I promise ! And I believed you ! Twice but nothing now I walked away !
Chuck: I'm sorry !
Nikki: Little too late ! 9 years to be exact !
Chuck turned away looked down at the papers and picked up the pen and signed ! Then handed them to her !
Chuck: I wish you nothing but the best ! Hope you're new baby brings you joy ! You're girls are adorable but the way !
He said as he went over to the bar and got some whiskey ! Nikki shook her head and mumbled something !
Chuck: What was that dear ?
Nikki: It's not even noon Chuck !
She turned to John she told him to get the girls ! Then turned back to Chuck !
Nikki: Thank you for signing and now you're free of me forever !
Chuck laughed then looked at her !
Chuck: You're free of me I've never considered myself stuck with you !
Nikki: I did and I'm sorry it had to be this way ! I'd like to think that you actually loved me ! That we loved each other but then you broke my heart crazy thing is I don't hate you for it ! I can't because if I never left I would have never met the love of my life and have two kids with ! And possibly another on the way ! I just hope that you can be happy !
Chuck: Seeing you happy makes me happy ! I'll move past this don't worry about me you have a family to look after now I haut truly wish you nothing but happiness !
Nikki: Thanks Chuck
They hug she gets into the elevator with John and the girls ! As the door is closing he sees them kiss and hug their girls he couldn't help but to chug down more of his drink and watched as the woman he thought was the love of his life walked out of his life.........
