At the store !
John: Which one are you going to get ?
Nikki: I don't know see when I took the first one Mike just bought them and I was waiting in the car !
John: Okay let's just get the most expensive ones and you take them all !
Nikki: Haha that's funny !
John: What ?
Nikki: That's what Mike told me to do ! Well that's what he did ! Okay come on !
They bought them then headed back to the hotel where the Nanna left when they there and the girls were still sleeping ! She takes all of the test then waits !
John: How much longer ?
Nikki: A minute !
John: Longest minute of my life !
Nikki: Haha imagine how I felt the first time !
Then the bell went off ! They ran to see the test and when they saw it was positive Nikki cried and John kissed and hugged her !
John: We're pregnant !
Nikki: I know ! Omg when we get to Florida I'm going to the doctor !
John: We're going to the doctor !
Nikki: Omg John I'm so happy !
John: Me too !
They hugged and kissed
Days later in Florida !
Nikki: Hey Brianna can you take care of the girls ?
Brie: Yeah but why ?
Nikki: Johns taking me to the doctor to check out my leg it's been bugging me a bit !
Brie: Okay ! Me and Randy will take them to the movies or something !
Nikki: Okay thanks Breezy !
Brie: Anytime coco now go ! I'll call Randy and tell him to pick us up !
Nikki: Okay bye !
At the doctors office !
Doctor: Okay Nicole we will take your blood test so we can determine if your pregnant or not !
Nikki: Okay !
John: With the blood test will we know how far along she is ?
Doctor: Yes we should be able to !
Nikki: Okay ! Let's do this then !
They laugh and after the blood test the doctor comes in with the results !
Doctor: Congratulations You're 2 and a half months pregnant !
Nikki: Omg that much ?
Doctor: Yes ! If you want we can step into the ultrasound room and see the baby and see hear the heartbeat ! We can even give you pictures !
Nikki: Yes please !
John held her hand as they walked into the ultrasound room she laid down as the doctor rubbed jelly on her stomach and the saw the picture of their baby !
John: That's our baby !
Nikki: I know !
She said with tears in her eyes !
Doctor: I think you mean babies !
Nikki: Babies ?
John: As in 2 ?
Doctor: Yes your having twins again !
John: Omg another set of twins !
Nikki: I'm so happy I can't wait to tell everyone !
John: Not until Christmas remember !
Nikki: I know but we have to tell Vince so that he finds some way for me not to wrestle !
Doctor: Yes I will give you the paper work for maternity leave ! And I'll get you the pictures right now !
Nikki: Thank you so much doctor !
Doctor: Anytime !
He steps out and John hugs Nikki !
Nikki: Oh I am going to die ! Haha
John: Why do you say that ?
Nikki: Imagine if I have twin girls again !
John: So I'll have my four princess !
Nikki: I really want boys though ! That way I'll have my two little princes and you have your princesses !
John: Let's just hope for healthy babies !
Nikki: I can't wait to tell your family ! Especially since the took the news about Gio and Maddie so well !
John: I know well my family likes you better than they liked Mickie but that's because she left me all alone my mom thought that it's a woman's job to keep her man happy ! So when she wasn't doing that she was happy somebody was !
Nikki: That's kind of strange but okay I'll take it ! Now when we get home call your mom and tell her when she will be here next week so I can have Brie give her the keys to the house !
John: Okay now come on let's go home with our babies !
He said as he rubbed her stomach !
Nikki: I love you John !
John: I love you too !
They kiss then they head home ! When they get home the girls run up to John and he carries them !
John: Oh you monsters are getting big !
Gio: Is that bad ?
Nikki: No it just means you're growing up !
Then Brie and Randy come from the living room !
Brie: Hey what did the doctor say ?
Nikki: It's just sore to ice it and try not to do much with it for a while and I told him that was kind of impossible !
John: I'll talk to Vince and see if he could get you out wrestling for a while !
Nikki: Yeah that's fine !
Brie: You can be my Valet again !
John: Or she could be mine !
He said as he wrapped his arms around her waist and rubbed her stomach ! That's when Brie started getting a bit suspicious !

Okay so for days now John has been rubbing Nicole's stomach whenever he cans and is always asking her so you feel fine today ? Are you hungry ? Are you sick ? And at first I thought okay seems normal he's been protective of her now I'm starting to think otherwise ! Now she goes to the doctor and she can't wrestle ? I'll get to the bottom of this .......
