Nikki: I'm nervous
She said as she changed for the 6th time and kept looking in the mirror !
John: I don't get why you keep changing ! Just pick an outfit and let's go !
Nikki: I want to look good !
John: Why ?
He said as he started getting jealous
Nikki: So that he sees I've done and am doing better without him ! He has this way of making me feel useless if I'm not with him but not anymore and I want to show him that !
John: Then wear your red dress with your black Louis Vuitton shoes and the red Louis Vuitton bag and the diamond necklace I got you for your birthday last year !
Nikki: You know Chad got mad that I accepted it !
John: Why ?
Nikki: He said I'm your boyfriend and I'm the only one that should be getting you diamonds ! Not him !
John: What did you say ?
Nikki: I told him then why don't you ! That's when he gave me the diamond necklace but he tried to out do you by making the whole thing diamonds !
John: Oh yes I've seen it a thousand times ! Worn by you when you were with him !
Nikki: I hated it !
John: Why ?
Nikki: Well I didn't hate it I just preferred yours because it was simple and elegant ! His was to much at times ! And a girl would kill for simple elegance and you gave me just that !
John: Well then Chad can go fall down a hole !
Nikki: Yes he can now come on let's go I'm ready !
John: You look hot !
Nikki: Thanks now let's go ! Come on girls !
John: I'll be downstairs with the girls !
Nikki: No it's cold you could be inside just let me go up alone !
John: Okay if you need me just text me and I'll be there !

They drive to the Empire and as she heads up she starts to get more nervous !
When the elevator stops and the doors open she steps out and sees that not much has changed ! Expect she didn't see empty bottles of Vodka Chuck them comes up behind her !
Chuck: Hello !
Nikki steps away and turns around !
Nikki: Hi Charles !
Chuck: Lovely seeing you here !
Nikki: Yeah well I'd be lying if I said it didn't feel nice to be back here especially now that I don't have to kick empty vodka bottle out of the way just to walk !
Chuck: Come sit ! We'll talk about old times !
Nikki: No thanks I just want to get this over with and then take my daughters to Time Square !
Chuck: So I see you weren't lying about the kids !
Nikki: No why would I ?
Chuck: Did you leave them down there alone ?
Nikki: No their with their father my boyfriend and future husband !
Chuck: I see this is why the divorce is so urgent !
Nikki: I've been thinking about it for a long time now way before I was with him !
Chuck: I can honestly say I don't understand !
Nikki: I want to be married to the fath......
As she was saying she began to feel dizzy !
Chuck: Are you okay ?
Nikki: I don't know I just felt the room spin !
Chuck: Let me call the hotel doctor !
Nikki: Okay !
She texts John and tells him to come up ! After a few minutes both the doctor John and the girls come up !
John: Baby are you okay ?
Nikki: I don't know I just feel dizzy !
Gio: Mommy are you okay ?
Maddie: You look pale mommy !
John: Girls go sit over there so the doctor can check mommy !
Gio: Okay daddy !
They walk away and while the doctor is checking Nicole, John and Chuck start to talk !
Chuck: Hi I'm Chuck Bass !
John: John Cena
They shake hands !
Chuck: I've seen your work and about half of the girls I know would just love to be with you ! And believe me it's not for long term just one night !
John: Uhh thanks I guess but I have enough with Nicole ! And our two girls !
Chuck: Are they the same age ?
John: Yes their twins ! Their 2 going to be 3 in September !
Then the doctor comes out !
Chuck: Is she okay ?
Dr: Yes I have a question ? Has she been having cravings and nausea ?
John: Yeah a little but she thinks she has the flu !
Dr: I think otherwise !
Chuck: What do you think ?
Dr: I think she might be pregnant.......
