Lucy POV

After preparing and giving the King's breakfast.I trying to find Kinana since I want to ask her about the library.She didn't have time to tell about other rooms only the important ones for a maid.This place is so huge I think it would take days to explain each room.

While walking to get the necessity to clean the halls,I spot Kinana walking so I yell out her name while waving my hand up in the air.I ran over to her and when I did I was out of breath since she was at the end of the hall while I was at the other end.I raise my index finger while my other hand at my knee.After a minute or two, I regain my breath.

"What is the problem Lucy that you had to ran over to me"Kinana say with a worried face.

"Nothing important just I want to ask if there is a library at this castle.I was thinking of borrowing a few books"I say

"Oh there is a library in this castle.You just need to go straight and turn left from your room."

"Thank you Kinana"I say with a smile.

"Your welcome although I thought there was something really important or urgent that you had ran all the way to me"

I only laugh a little.

"If that is all,I need to continue my work.Bye Lucy"She said while walking off.

"Bye Kinana,good luck on your chores"I say

🗝🗝TIME SKIP AFTER FINISHING THE CHORES🗝🗝

I finish my chores quickly since I was excited to go to the library.I straight away go to the library.I open the big doors and saw a counter but there was no person.I walk over to the counter while facing the opposite of it to look if there is somebody there.

"Hello?Is there anybody here?"I ask loudly

"I am right behind you"A voice say behind me.

It took me off gaurd and I scream.After I stop screaming,I look behind me.It was a bluenette girl wearing a pair of glasses and she look so short to.

"Sorry,I did not mean to spook you"She apologise

"No worries,I thought nobody was here"

"Oh my name is Levy and is there anything you need?"She ask

"My name is Lucy and I was wondering if there is some books I could read"

"Oh there are a thousands of books but if you don't mind me asking do you like reading?"She say with sparkling in her eyes

"I absolutely love reading and sometimes I write when I have free time"I say

"Me too.Finally there is some body I can talk about books and have a friend.Oh oh can I call you Lu-chan"
She say.

"Of course you can call me Lu-chan.I never had a friend that gave me a nickname before then can I call you Levy-chan?"

"Sure.You know your the first person that love books.Plus nobody comes here other than the King."

"Really you must be lonely sitting here"

"Well yes but I got used to it and I have more time for myself to read books besides now I have you around to keep me company"She smile

We were talking for hours about our favourite author,books and other stuff.We also learn to get to know each other better.I actually learn a lot about Levy in a short time.Levy is actually an orphan like me but friends with the King and the other important people.She was took in by the King's father and became a librarian because she loves book.Levy also has a crush on one of King's friend or her friends as well name Gajeel.She is actually friends with everybody like Erza,Kinana and even that weird tatoo guy too.

After a while,I said I need to go to sleep bacause I have work tomorrow.She gave me a few books she recommend reading.I said good bye before walking out of the library.

I go take a bath and get ready to bed.'Maybe being here would not be so bad after all'I thought before I fall asleep.
