Synopsis:
Hibiki Sakura, a gluttonous high school girl, makes a mistake. Her friend, Ayaka Uehara mentioned about her expanding waistline during food grabbing after school. Hibiki has been eating without hitting a limit, causing her body to gain fat in the first place. Her action to work out by herself is also fruitless because of food temptation. After the extreme failure, she decides to join the Silverman Gym. In the first day, Hibiki meets the school primadonna, Akemi Souryuuin. Much to Hibiki surprise, she found out Akemi has muscle fetish.... which repelled her from Akemi.
At first, she is reluctant to be a full member. Naruzo Machio, a handsome member of Silverman Gym, appears and changes her mind. Now Hibiki has to make a change and adjust her lifestyle to be fit.
