The next day
(Y/n's POV)
I wake up around 7:30 a.m. to see that I guess while I was searching for Garrett I didn't notice it but apparently there were text messages from Nancy. At first it was things like goodbye and I'll miss you but then the last few were weird and scary. This ones were on about how someone was following them and then they got on their plane but the last one was a cry for help as she said that there were people going missing including their manager and all the other girls.
(Timeskip)
I decided to go back to the clothing store to see if someone else could help me with this case and I ran into some help of another employee this time a guy who had a sorta familiar vibe to him I can't figure it out yet but maybe he will be of some help.
(Y/n): Excuse me I was wondering if you could take a look at the security footage from last night. I'm looking for a friend he was here yesterday but a employee who had helped me said that he just vanished. It probably was just from how late it was and she wanted to get me out the door faster so maybe you could take a good closer look at the footage for me please.
Male employee: Okay sure I'll head back you can wait outside the door.
He leads me back to where the back room is and I walked around there which was by the shoes area so I found a sit near the door and waited for him to come out.
20 minutes later
I felt my head about to droop when suddenly the man came back and said he found something that leaves him baffled so he asked if I could look at the footage myself so that way we could figure out what happened but I remember that the employee who helped me last night said I couldn't go to the back room because its for employees only. So I told him that and he said that I could go back but I would have to wait until the store closes for the day. Its odd but with Garrett gone and possibly Nancy and the others gone I have to get answers so I told him I would return tonight since I had to do other things besides waiting in a clothing store for closing time so I said farewell and took off.
Chase: That worker seems a little suspicious.
(Y/n): Yeah no kidding I don't trust him one bit.
Chase: Let's have Chaser on patrol while we are gone.
(Y/n): Okay.
I pull out Chaser from my pocket.
(Y/n): Chaser watch over that guy.
Chaser: *reff*
Chaser drives off my hand and rolls over getting a good spot to watch the employee.
(Timeskip)
In the back room
Female employee: Yes these will make great additions to the collection.
The female employee who is a roidmude comes into the room with the other paintings this time with a someone else the male employee.
M employee: You sure I can't take him?
F employee: You are worthless. You may have the same powers as me but you lack only able to create rejects like these sketches unlike my masterpieces here on display so I will be the one to capture the reaper in my art.
The two then walk out from the back room where Chaser was waiting while hiding from people.
