The next day.. Mikoto awoke to find a note in her bed from Lucy, telling her that she had gotten up early to go buy some food.

Mikoto smiled and tucked the note away as she stretched. She felt.. not spectacular.. but better then she had in ages.. Whatever Natsu had done.. had helped tremendously. She finally felt like.. she could start moving on... or a little at least.. On her pillow, Elli the pink Exceed purred in her sleep, obviously dreaming about Icecream like she usually did..

Mikoto stretched and got up from her bed. She moved over to the small bed at the other end of the room where a pile blankets were tucked snugly over her little sister. Mikoto touched the bulge in blankets lightly. "Hey Little L.. gotta wake up.. it's almost time to go to school... hey.. Little L?"

Mikoto took the covers away, and Little Lucy wasn't there.. instead.. was a note... and on it.. written in blood.. were these words..

Mikoto's hands began to shake and tremble.. she fell to her knees.. her skin went cold.. her vision blurred, her breath caught in her throat.

"no... no.. no.."

Mikoto tried to gather her wits.. but no.. her head was spiralling out of control.. everything was spiralling out of control... and then.. that's when she smelled it.. this blood.. her Dragon Slayer senses.. her heightened sense of smell recognised the scent......

It was the blood of her parents...

"AAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!" Mikoto screamed into the sky with fury, grief, and horror. A lightning bolt exploded from her body and blasted through the cieling and into the sky.

A massive electric shockwave blew all the clouds apart as the sun rose over Magnolia town.. a lightning bolt of power never before seen... Mikoto's wings burst to life, wide and destructive as she exploded out of the house.. her body crackling with rage...

We have her...

Mikoto slammed her fists together, and a lightning explosion powerful enough to evaporate the entire canal that ran through Magnolia rippled from her body..

Mikoto's eyes blazed with a demented hungry rage.. as she put her hand to her face.. and a dark spiritual pressure began to gather around her..

Mikoto's hollow mask burst into being.. the menacing skull seemed to take on a whole new darker look as her scelera turned black, and her irises glowed blood red..

"Whoever.. you are.." Mikoto said in her echoing hollowfied voice. "I'M COMING FOR YOU!!!! AND I WILL KILL YOU!!!"

"NATSU!!! NATSU!!!" Lucy ran into the guild hall in a panic, tugging on Natsu's arm the moment she got to the Fire Dragon Slayer.

"Lucy!? What's wrong!?" Natsu exclaimed. "Did something happen!?"

"Aye!" Said Happy. "You look like you've seen.."

"A ghost!? Yeah sure!! Enough with the expressions!!" Lucy yelled frantically. "It's Mikoto!!!"

"What's wrong with Mikoto!?" Natsu yelled. At this exclamation, the entire guild went silent, the usual babble of the sociable guild hall was now a complete silence.

"I came home to find a huge hole in the wall.. and a hole in the roof.." Said Lucy. "Th-then I found a note on Little L's bed.. and.. and... "

Lucy gave the note to Natsu. "Th-then I found this on the news..."
