As Megan an I got out of my jaguar, Megan's face lit up. Surrounding us is our front garden emerald grass and a rainbow colours flowers around the waterfall. Oak benches lined the perimeter of my house, the birch trees dancing in the wind. Shadow hunters collected our bags and took them inside, the gravel pavement lead everywhere around the flowers and to the gushing waterfall with sapphire water. We reached the double oak doors I look at Megan and Megan has that same face and look, I proceed and open the door which Is quite heavy.

"Wow you're dad went full out shannon" Megan gasps.
"He always does" I laugh at Megan's reactions.
"Come on a chandelier, I mean red velvet carpets" Megan states.
"Yeah I know, let's find our room" I say.
"Kk" Megan shouts already charging up the glass and steel staircase.
"Wait for me, I get the bigger side " I yell
" Sure whatever" Megan yells back.
I finally make it up the stairs to find Megan is already unpacked , God I hate her having vampire speed.

I look around my bed is up against the far side by the big arch window like the one in my room I use to sit by. The curtains are soft silk blue and it matches my bed cover, I have a granite vanity and a walk in closet, dad has to have class. Megan walks by with my clothes.
"Megan I can unpack my self you know" I smile
"Yeah but you will take all day" she laughs
"Ok you got me" I laugh

Now it's night time and I still haven't heard anything about my dad or about my brother. I lay awake thinking about what is to come in my life and I start a new school were I can not fight and can not show my runes.
"Megan are u awake" I ask
"No duh I'm a vampire silly" she laughs
"Do you think my brother can take down dad?" I ask nervously
"Shannon I seriously don't know and don't want to hear about it" she replied.
"Kk and night I need some sleep" I yawn
All you can hear is Megan laughing as I slowly let the darkness take over me.
