Friends

"Megan hurry up" I scream
Guards laughing all around me at how impatient I am.
"Shut up" I hiss
It all goes silent a massive smile is placed on my face as the guards decide to go back to there posts.
"Alright, alright" Megan yells
"Megan" I yell
Megan suddenly appears with a massive smile on her face.
"I'm ready" she says
"About time" I say looking down at my fingertips.
Megan bursts out laughing as she hugs me, then running back upstairs to collect her bag. I have to admit Megan is useful with her speed and strength. She reappears with a stern face, as she is trying to hide her smirk.
"Come on we will be late" Megan States
"No duh Sherlock" I laugh
"Shit" Megan yells
"What now" I sigh
"Forgot homework I'll be right back she groans .
"What homework?" I asks
"Not homework timetable" she yells
"Meet you at the gates" I shout
I open the door and head down my garden to the brass gates. I turn the corner, Megan stands there with a smirk.
"Slow coach" she yells
"Let's go " I laugh as I approach Megan and opening the gates.

"I'm scared" Megan says
"Wow Wow, the vampires scared" I laugh
"Yeah I am, what happens if everything fails" Megan States
"You don't have to remind me, this is my brother you know" I laugh
"How can you laugh about this" Megan laughs
"I'm special, I think my gift is laughter not water" I laugh
"Yeah you got that right" she laughs
"Ok serious now what are we going to do?" Megan asks
"Do what?" I ask puzzled
"If you're brother finds out" she says with a stern face.
"I don't know hide" I laugh
"God Shannon this ain't a dream" she yells
"Calm down don't draw attention Megan this is serious my brother is out there" I say
"Well done Shannon you solved the puzzle" she says mockingly
"Well what did I win" I say
"A punch" she laughs
"What" I tell
"Ha i managed to hit you" Megan shouts
"I'm not deaf and ow" I say
"You deserve it" Megan laughs
"Ok we are half way there" I say
"Don't draw attention Shannon" Megan says speed walking
"Me draw attention" I laugh
I seriously need to stop laughing I say in my head and now I'm still laughing at my own thoughts this failed. I look at Megan to find her far in thought so I decided to slow down and Megan suddenly stop and stares at me. She stands there and shakes her head knowing I played a trick on her and carried on walking but i stayed still. I don't know why I can't move like something is going to happen and I need to find out what. I stand there Megan looks back I can see the fear in her eyes she slowly starts to head my way. I still can't move that's when I smelt it werewolves. I mouth it to Megan she sniffs the air and prepares herself for a fight it gets stronger. I suddenly recognise the smell and give Megan my look and she instantly lowers her guard and carries walking towards me. We both smell it all of a sudden I hear people chatting I recognise it it's Katie. I turn to see Katie, Natalie, chance and Liam. Of course liam he's a werewolf Megan heads over and starts to get there attention. "Megan" Katie yells
"Hey Kate, hey guys" Megan says
I walk behind slowly and Liam notices and comes to chat to me.

"You look bad" Liam says
"I feel bad lol" I laugh
"That bad huh" he laughs
"Ah the usual" I laugh
I look at Liam to see him staring into my eyes and smiling but a kind and peaceful smile. I think Liam is going to be a really good friend and I know I can trust him and tell him what's going on considering he is part of our world.
I stare and Liam starts to laugh I laugh along with him we turn our attention back to our group to find everyone else staring at us.
"What you looking at " I hiss
"Nothing" Megan quickly answers
We all start laughing and head to school.
"We're do you live" Natalie asks
"Um 24 willow close just up the hill" I reply
They all stare at me with open mouths.
"We have to have a sleepover sometime" Katie yells
"Um ok I don't normally get guests" I say shyly
"Why that" chance asks
Shit I forgot he was there
"I like to be isolated from certain things in my past" I say
They all nod and carried on with there conversation about other students. I didn't quite get the names but they sound pretty bad.
We slowly approach the gates and to be stopped by a group of jocks who were apparently checking Megan out. Liam hissed at them and they backed away from us and headed back to there girlfriends, if that was me the relationship would be over. The door shut and chance takes of his coat and smiles at the girls who just walked by, wow a massive flirter I think and Megan know what I'm thinking and starts to laugh everyone looks at Megan and laughs as well so she's not the only one laughing. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing, i look around everyone is having fun."seroiusly we never get noticed you two are lucky charms" Katie burst out

I look around to see Shannon having fun not needing to worry about her brother. Everyone is kind and nice I think I like it here it will be fine I'll deal with any demon who tries to take us away.
I look around the corridors it's hardly full suddenly the bell rings and the corridors filled with people. Liam talking to shannon I think Liam has a crush on shannon they always seem to be together and always laughing. I'll have to talk to Shannon she if Shannon has a crush or just being friendly, I still remembered what happened to Shannon last time she had a boyfriend. He turned against her and joined her brother he only went out with her so her brother could find information about how she doing, like he actually cares.
I look and follow Katie to our class we all have the same thank god. We hard down like 10 different corridors and finally reach the English block its massive each floor has 6 classrooms our is on the top, we start to walk up the staircase when Liam stops and was confronted by his mum. I couldn't hear what they were saying because I was following Natalie now to our lesson and Shannon was still chatting to chance and Katie. this is going to be a long day. we reach the top Shannon turns her head to me I see the fear in her eyes I lift my head and smelt that horrible smell. Demon. Liam approaches my side and asks to talk to me and Shannon

"Shannon Megan we have trouble" Liam says
"We know we can already smell the demon" Shannon says
"Wait demon here, we heard there was demons on the streets not here I'll tell my mum at lunch "Liam States
"Thanks" Megan says
"No problem " he smiles straight at Shannon
Liam walks down to the classroom and stares back at us smiles and walks in.
"Shannon I have a question" I asks
"Shoot" Shannon says
"Do you have a crush" I say
"Excuse me" Shannon replies
"Liam or chance you always seem to laugh" I say
"It doesn't mean anything now let's go" Shannon hisses
"Kk let the demon torture begin" I say laughing as we enter the class.
