chapter 4

She was waiting for Monday like never before. She was waiting for school like never before. She just wanted to see him, she missed him. He did something to her that is just magic.

She made her way to her locker and took her English book for the first class of the day. Just as she arrived in front of the class Stefani saw Irina in front of the door.

"Where do you think you're going?"

"Irina, I don't wanna fight, okey? I just wanna enter the classroom" Stefani tried to walk past her but Irina put her hand in front of her.

"I just wanna talk to you"

Stefani sighed "Okay. What do you want to talk about"

"What were you doing with my Bradley in front of your parents restaurant Saturday evening?"

"Wait, how do-"

Irina intrerupted her "It doesn't matter! Answear me the damn question Germanotta!"

Excuse me?! Your Bradley?! In your dreams bitch! Stefani's head voice hissed. "He just came to eat something, that's all"

"And then why you two were talking outside if he just came to eat?" Irina crossed her arms and raised an eyebrow

"Because I wanted to be polite and I walked with him. And we were talking about the project he is gonna give us at History". What a believabel lie Stefani, you're just amazing...damn, her head voice was right.

"You sure that is what you guys were talking about? Don't fucking lie to me Germanotta!" Irina's hand catched Stefani's arm

Stefani hissed "Ow! Irina, it hurts...please! I promise it was just that!"

Irina looked again with an angry expression at Stefani, let her arm go and left. She left Stefani speechless and scared.

She was finally making her way to the History class that she was waiting since she woke up. She took her books from the locker and made her way there.

She arrived at the same time as Irina making Stefani sigh. Really?! What a lucky person I am! she said to herself. Stefani let Irina enter first and just as she entered after her Irina pushed her with her shoulder making Stefani stomp with her right foot. Everyone begun to laugh as she was crying from the pain.

Everyone stopped as the door opened and Bradley made his way inside. He immediately saw Stefani on the floor, crying and massaging her right ankle. His heart stopped for a minute.

He put this books on the desk "Stefani, oh my God! What happened?"

Just as Stefani was about to say something Irina talked "I don't know. I think she stumbled over the door frame" she made an worried face.

Nice try Irina! Bradley hissed internally. "Hey, Stefani?" she looked at him. He saw her beautiful green eyes full of tears and he just wanted to take her pain away. "Can you stand up? We need to take you to medical cabinet"

She shook her head and another tears escaped her eyes. Her ankle hurted like hell and her body was shaking as she was scared. Bradley looked into her eyes and saw the fear. He took her bridal style and made his way to the cabinet.

On the way there Bradley started a conversation "Stefani, now you can tell me what really happened?"

She sighed and wiped her dry tears. Being in his arms is comfortable, she just wanted to stay there forever "Irina pushed me as I entered the classroom"

Of course Irina hurt his little Stefani! This bitch!...Wow Cooper! What did you just say?! You need to fucking stop as soon as possible! he slapped his face mentally. "I was thinking that she done that. She really hates you"

"She hates me but...I don't really know why. I haven't done anything to her" she was vulnerable and escaped another tear "Just because I don't respond back to her challenges doesn't mean that I am stupid or that I don't have feelings. It's really hurting me that most of the students and teachers in here treat me like I am a plastic bag"

Bradley only hugged her closer to him and she hugged him back. "Hey, I promise you that I will try to change that. I will not let anyone treat you this way anymore. I promise"

They arrived at the cabinet and Bradley put her down on the bed in there. Ms. Hughes entered the room and saw Stefani on the bed.

"Hi Stefani! What happened this time, darling?"

Bradley's eyes widened "Wait, this time?! How often does she come around here?"

"Last year she came almost every week. With bruises and cuts and everything"

Bradley looked at Stefani who let her head down and played with her fingers. Damn, how did you survived all this time Stefani? You're so strong angel! he shook his head.

Bradley told everything that happened to Ms. Hughes and she checked Stefani's ankle.

"It isn't broken but it's wrinkled. I suggest you to stay home until next week with ice on it. I am gonna write down some pills for the pain. You are gonna take them two times a day. Excuse me a little". Ms. Hughes left the room to write the prescription for Stefani, letting them alone.

"Stefani?" Bradley closed the distance between him and Stefani "You really came here almost every week?"

She nodded and hid her face with her hands "Hey! Please don't cry, look at me" he pushed her hands away and made her look at him "This will not happen anymore, okay? I will do everything to stop this. I promise!"

She nodded and gave him a weak smile. They got lost in each others eyes. They didn't know how many minutes passed, they felt like they were the only one in this world. Their faces got closer and closer neither one of them breaking the eye contact. Their noses touched and brushed lightly into an eskimo kiss. Just as their lips were about to connect Ms. Hughes came back with the prescription making Bradley back away immediately, both breathing heavy.

God damn it, Cooper! You lost your fucking mind?! It is wrong! So fucking wrong! Bradley argued with himself. He knew this was bad but he wanted that kiss more than anything into this world. It was bad, but it felt so damn good.
