Secret Gaurden

I shrug off the feeling, I don't know what to pass it off as so I just choose to ignore its existence. "Man that one with the yellow hoody was gay." Daniel says rolling his eyes, "Daniel stop that! They are our new neighbors we need to be nice! Or at least not call them gay when we have no idea of their sexual preference!" I say a bit irritated at my brothers stupid remark, "Sorry dude but he don't seem right." Dan says shrugging. "Dan stop being a jerk." I say rolling my eyes, "He probably thinks I'm hot." Dan says smirking, "Um no, first of all we don't know what he likes, and second of all I'm pretty sure he wouldn't be attracted to someone like you. He seemed to nice to be attracted to someone who denied eating dinner with him and his family for a chick he's only been dating for about three weeks. Come on dude you and that girl haven't even kissed once." I say to him, "So what she wants to take things slow." Dan says, "Well while she's taking it slow with you, your money's disappearing pretty fast dude." I say smirking.

He rolls his eyes, "Whatever man I'm gonna go get ready it's like five." He says walking off toward his own room. I just roll my eyes, I know that girl's using my brother for his money... But he'll never listen to his "stupid" younger brother. Yeah cause I'm real stupid, note the sarcasm. I then realize I have a dinner to get ready for too! I go to my room and realize I'm still in my Spiderman pajamas (don't judge). I then begin to look through my closet, I'll dress casual, I mean what's the worst thing that could happen.... Right? I soon find a plaid blue button up and some blue jeans, I then put on my gray sneakers and head to the bathroom. I look in the mirror at my velvet red hair, it's a mess. I plug in my straightener and get my hair brush, while I wait for it to warm up I brush my teeth, put on some cologne plus deodorant. After this it's finally hot, I grab my brush and brush my hair out, I then proceed to straighten my hair. After a while I get it into his sort of emo-but-not-really look, the way my hair always looks. I smile and un plug the straightener, I then put it up, along with everything else. Then the finishing touch eyeliner (again don't judge). After this I smile at myself, I'm ready.

I look at the time, 5:15. Whatever close enough, I grab my key, and my phone. Due to the fact that Dan is going out tonight I need a key to get back into the house, plus my phone just because I'm not leaving it behind. I open the door and close it behind me, once I'm outside I lock the door. I turn around and begin to walk next door, I take in a breath for some reason I feel butterflies in my stomach. I knock on the door quickly, after a nanosecond the door opens to reveal Nate. "Oh you're hear early." He says smiling, he is now dressed in a pink plaid button up with jeans and he had no shoes on. Guess their one of those types of people. "Please come in." He says smiling, he opens the door wider and steps away from it and letting my come inside. I walk inside the house as he closes and locks the door behind me. "Oh and take off your shoes before going anywhere." He says smiling, I take off my shoes and he smiles. I then see Mrs.Adams appear she smiles, "Oh hi dear, dinner won't be done in a while but you can still stay." She says smiling, she then turns to look up the stairs, "JAYY GET DOWN HERE AND BE SOCIAL!" She yells up it, I hear a groan and feet walking towards the steps. Mrs. Adams smiles at me and walks back down the hall, to what I guess it the kitchen. I then look back and see Jayy walking down the stairs toward me and Nate.

He has on black skinny jeans, a black and red plaid button up and black socks. He looks at me and Nate, "Why is it dark out?" He asks, "Because it's winter and it gets dark at like four thirty." Nate says, "Oh cool." Jayy says shrugging, "So Noel, wanna see the secret gaurden?" Jayy asks quietly, "Jayy, you know mom and dad told us not to go there. Nate says, "Oh come on there's no way you can be my twin, you're way too good." Jayy says rolling his eyes. "Ugh Jayy." Nate groans, "Nate." Jayy groans back, "Aw fine." Nate says finally as Jayy smiles. "Yesss." He says smirking, "You'll love it Noel it's freaking awesome." Jayy says smiling, "Sounds rad." I say smiling. Jayy puts on some black combat boots, Nate puts on black sneakers with pink laces, and I put my grey sneakers back on. Jayy opens the door and we all go out.
