They sit on the floor of a sleek glass cell in Langdon Kavinsky's gallery of paranormal creatures, locked away behind layers of bulletproof glass.

Amy: Damnit!

The friends all sit in their own cells, just as imprisoned, while Langdon and his bodyguard gloat from just outside.

Kavinsky: My, my, my! Now that's a collection! Five vampires in pristine condition! Tell me, you ever seen anything so beautiful, Mr. Klempf?

Mr. Klempf: No, sir. I have no.

Adrian slams a fist against the glass!

Adrian: Kavinsky, you sick bastard! Let us out!

Kavinsky: Oh baby, I love that! The red eyes, the fangs, the passion... Magnificent! Keep that up when I bring my friends later, would ya? Now then, Mr. Klempf, I'm just fiending for a sarsaparilla. Care to join me for one?

Mr. Klempf: My pleasure, sir.

As the two turn to leave, Amy leans forward, screaming;

Amy: Langdon! You're so fucking dead!

Kavinsky: Oooo, I'm shaking. Big words from little miss trapped in a cell.

Amy: I'll get out. I promise you, and when I do, you're gonna beg for my mercy. You're gonna--

Before she can finish, Klempf presses a button on his watch and she collapses, screaming, as electricity surges through her.

Kavinsky: The only one doing any begging will be you, miss, if you don't shut that trap of yours. Now come on, Klempf. She needs a little time to cool down.

Kavinsky and Klempf walk out, the metallic doors sliding shut behind them.

Amy lays still on the ground, panting, gasping, as the pain fades away.

Jax: Amy! Are you okay?

Amy: Y... yeah. I'm okay. As okay as I can be...

She takes a deep breath, composing herself.

Amy: What about the rest of you?

Turning toward Adrian, she notices him sitting against the back wall of his cell, glaring at nothing.

Amy: Are you okay, Adrian?

Adrian: Just thinking of how to get us out of here.

Amy: Why did you want me to pretend I'm a vampire too?

He sighs, turning his head toward her.

Adrian: I don't know what he might do if he knows you're human. But there's a good chance he'll just have you killed as a liability.

Amy: Oh... I guess that makes sense.

In the cell next to Adrian's, Kamilah furiously punches at the glass paneling.

Kamilah: Come on, come on...

She hits the glass, again and again and again, but the paneling doesn't even crack. Her knuckles split and bleed, healing almost instantly, yet she keeps punching.

Amy: Kamilah...

Kamilah: Everything has a breaking point, Amy. Everything.

Jax paces restlessly in his cell next to hers. He occasionally stops to glare at the seams of the paneling.

Jax: If only they hadn't taken my sword...

Kamilah: Your sword wouldn't make a difference against this glass.
