Chapter 16

The group had finnaly got into venice and booked their hotel so they could settle down and track down the 4th stand arrow. Emma had tracked the arrow down to the Saint Mark's Basilica after breaking they went down to get the arrow.

After a few minutes of walking Jeremiah decided to choose a different mode of transportation "maybe we can ask one of the people who row the boats to take use there"

They found a boat next to the bridge with someone already in it Jeremiah called out to them "excuse me! Could you give us a lift towards the Saint Mark's Basilica?"

The person said nothing they were wearing a peculiar mask. Suddenly the person jumped out and launched a chain at Jeremiah who caught it with End Of Heartache.

"Th... that guys a stand user!"

Then some energy ran down the chain and into Jeremiah. His body was then encased with the weird energy. The Person pulled the chain back and he fell towards the river.

However instead of falling into the river he merely stood on it. He was walking on water!

Emma called out to the person "what have you done to him?!"

"I've given him a test to see if he could handle this power... thats a start"

The person took off the mask to reveal a beautiful blonde woman. When she fell she stood on the river with ease unlike Jeremiah who was struggling.

"Jeremiah Joestar... what you've just recieved now was a dose of Hamon energy... and i shall train you to master this"

"But why... whats this gonna help me with?"

"Well Hamon has a lot of uses that can benefit you for example.... you have back injuries dont you?"

Before Jeremiah could reply the woman spun him around compressed his back viciously with her hand. She then sent the Hamon energy into it.

Jeremiah checked his back and saw all his wounds healed "h...how did you do that?"

"With Hamon energy obviously!"

Emma then chimed in "enough games who are you and whats this Hamon nonsense?"

The woman smiled "my name is Julie Zeppeli and Hamon..... Hamon is an energy identical to the Sun's rays, which the human body can produce through controlled breathing, having the effect of producing ripples of energy propagating from the bloodstream to the rest of the body and other objects in contact with it. It was originally used by my ancestor Gyro Zeppeli as the spin however I've adapted it into this. I can use it for offence and defence whilst also using it to heal people and reverse aging I'll be 21 next month however I'll still look 15"

"Why are you teaching JoJo this?"

"Because he will use it to defeat Danielle Brando"

The sound of her name put the whole group on alert. Jeremiah spoke up "you've... you've met Danielle?"

Julie nodded "last week she came here in search of an artifact... let me tell you what happened"
