Chapter 17

For the next few days Jeremiah had mastered Hamon not to the level of Julies but he was up there. On sunday he has his final test against Julie the rest of the group had come to watch somehow Julie was able to reserve an arena for them to fight in.

They got there and Julie prepared "this test will be able to see how far you've gotten in your training so i know where improvement is needed... you may use your stand how you see fit but you won't get marks for that"

The fight began and Jeremiah and Julie went head to head. Jeremiah channelled enough of the Hamon into a punch which Julie blocked. She retaliated with a swift knee into the gut she followed up with a Hamon channelled roundhouse kick to Jeremiahs head.

Jeremiah started to stagger and Emma rushed out to help him.

"Are you ok? do you wanna take a break?"

Jeremiah shook his head and continued the fight. At this point Jeremiahs got in a few Hamon fueled punches by himself and followed up with a punch from End Of Heartache "ORA!"

Julie flew back but landed on her feet. She smiled and said "you combined your Hamon with your stand..... Amazing"

She then prepared her chain like stand "but don't think I won't do the same thing!"

She flung the chain at Jeremiah he caught it with End Of Heartache again however this time he yanked forward which flung Julie towards him and then focused all his Hamon in one punch which sent Julie flying back into the wall.

Jeremiah ran towards her preparing another punch however Julie raised her arms in a X symbol to stop the match "amazing Jeremiah you've mastered Hamon in a single week I think your truly ready now"

Jeremiah smiled however Emma interrupted "can we please get the 4th stand arrow now?"

Julie giggled "in time however I think we should celebrate tonight then we take the arrow"

Emma rolled her eyes "ok I guess... For JoJo he deserves it"

The group left to prepare for their evening meal however waiting for them was Layla who had been tracking their movement.

After about 2 hours passed the girls had prepared themselve for the evening meal. Julie had some special dresses prepared for them when they were ready they came into Julies living room.

Emma twirled around "oh it's amazing Julie! I've never worn a dress like this"

Natasha teased her "maybe we could find you a nice Italian boyfriend?"

"Nah their not really my taste"

Jeremiah came downstairs and after seeing everyone immediately smiled.

"You look beautiful Emma all of you do!"

Emma and Jeremiah exchanged a hug "are you sure you don't wanna come JoJo..... This dinner is meant for you"

"Nah you deserve a good time all of you.... Now go!"

The girls left with Julie to the restaurant leaving Jeremiah at the house. After an hour had passed Jeremiah decided to go for a walk to clear his head as he walked outside for a bit he started to hear a voice calling towards him that sounded familiar.

"Jeremiah...... Why did you fail me"

Jeremiah sharply turned around "who's there!?"

"Jeremiah...... Why did you let me fall?"
