If you feel someone is stalking you, just move to a crowded area then look for any well-built guy (preferably a father or a guy that has a younger one around) and hold their hand in a familiar way and greet happily as if you've been waiting for them then lean in closer and whisper to them about the danger.
They could hang around you while you contact someone you know or the police.
If a girl is stalking a guy, he could meet and elderly woman like a mother with a child or even grandparents too then act the same familiar way.
Stalkers won't come close when around others.
