A new day came upon me, and I walked into my office with my favorite dark sweetened coffee in hand. Satisfaction is the only word that I could describe this moment. Pulling my wrist up to my face and looking at my watch for the time, I noticed that it was time. It was time to see this beautiful girl named Devina. I decided to train her instead of letting one of the employees train her. There she was. She walked in with her white Calvin Klein bag, her curly kinky hair put up in a high ponytail, a slightly tight red dress fitted down to her knees and her white closed gold ornamented heels in BCBG.

Devina gracefully enters my office.

"Good morning, Miss Arden."

"Good morning, Devina. How are you?"

"I am quite excited and well."

You could see the excitement and nervousness glistening from her big, dark brown eyes to the way her fingers laid and moved around on her purse. My face kept a small smirk, but I did not hesitate for a second to show her her station. As we walked to her station, I introduced her to all the employees that were found on our way. They all waved at her as a goal to make her feel at home.

As she sat in her desk's chair, I pulled another chair and sat right next to her. Scrolling up and down on her computer to explain how she will be arranging my meetings, my eyes meet with hers and a small smile forms on her lips. I raise my brow and Sasha quickly turns her eyes away, suddenly nodding from my explanations from the training. I then described how to answer phone calls.

"These are your main goals for today. You will arrange my meetings in a way that I will not be overwhelmed. Tomorrow, I will show you how to arrange flights when I do have flights and how to maintain my files."

Once Devina's training ended, she receives a phone call at her desk regarding an appointment. She does exactly what I taught her by confirming an appointment request. The room begins to fill up with subtle giggles and laughter of excitement as soon as I confirm to her that she did a great job. Devina suddenly shuts her lips in embarrassment and fear.

Haha, it's fine. We all need some laughter here, then and now", I explain.

With a shy smile and glistening eyes, Devina responded, "Heh, alright ma'am. Well, thank you for taking the time to show me the tricks. You're very patient, and you bring out the best out of others already, I can see"

My eyes widened from her words.

"Thank you, Devina. I admire your enthusiasm."

I headed back to my desk with her words roaming in my head. Though I may be typing on my computer, my mind seems to not cease with its trails.

"Do I really bring the best out of people? Her words have such an impact on me already. Arden, get your head right, now!"
