Determination. It is the adhesive of humans. Every human has Determination in their soul, yet very few can claim truthfully to have the trait. Many great human warriors have carried this trait proudly. Each one varied in strength and appearance, as all humans do. But each one was determined.
Though every human has Determination, it is mostly unknown exactly what it is. Defined as "firmness of purpose," those with Determination are not easily deterred. Whatever their goal is, they will complete it.
Determination is not always good. If one is determined to do evil, the same boons apply. It does not matter what the goal is if one has the Determination to accomplish it.
Determination does not care if others attempt to stop it. It will continue. It does not care if others have a plan against it. It will continue. If there are people that wish harm against those with it, they will, nonetheless, be determined to persist.
But as can everything, Determination can be corrupted. And when it is, it is frightening. Contaminated Determination is one of the most destructive forces, and it is not unheard of.
