This story is based off the 2003 version of peter pan which is my favorite childhood movie. I'm adding new characters and a plot twists and it's gonna be a more modern version off the movie/story. Gabriella aka Gabby- the 15 year old teenager, star female basketball player but has a strain relationship with her mother due to her tomboy style
Star- Gabby's best friend, fellow basketball teammate and confidante and Derek's girlfriend
Serena- Gabby's 14 year old sister, looks up to her sister and wants her to be happy
Derek- Star's boyfriend and Gabby's friend
Judith- Gabby and Serena's mother
Maxwell aka Max- Gabby and Serena's father, who has a close relationship with both of his daughters
Lilian- Gabby and Serena's wealthy yet unmarried grandmother who convinces Judith to try to make Gabby more feminine-like
