Where is Hinata?!

I'm gonna keep updating this quickly so it might not be great quality but once I'm finished with everything I'm going to go back and make it better. Anyways, on wards with the story!

Shino and Kiba stood at their usual training ground with their Sensei. Kiba was walking back and forth in a worried manner. Shino, Akamaru, and Kurenai watched him also worried as well.

"It's been an hour. Where could she be?" Kiba thought out loud voicing the others' thoughts.

"I suggest we go look for her." Shino calmly said but for those who knew him they could see the worried signs he was exerting.

Akamaru nodded his agreement followed by Kurenai. Kiba and Akamaru instantly headed in the direction leading to Hinata's apartment. It wasn't too long ago since they last visited which was yesterday. Soon, Hinata's teammates and Sensei arrived. Kurenai decided to try knocking first should Hinata somehow be indecent. They received no sound from within the apartment so a few minutes later, Kurenai chose to slowly open the door.

"Hinata, we're coming in." she warned.

Her students minus Hinata followed after her. They all wasted no time searching for her. Kiba and Akamaru chose to check the living room and kitchen. Kurenai chose Hinata's room. Shino checked the two spare rooms. They came back with no results.

"She's not here." Kurenai informed now even more worried for her lost student.

"Perhaps, she is somewhere else in the village and must have forgotten the time." Shino suggested.

Kiba heavily sighed. "Hinata wouldn't be this late. It's not like her."

Akamaru sounded his agreement.

"Alright, Shino, Kiba, Akamaru, you three will search for Hinata. I will go to the Hokage to postpone our mission and inform her of what's happened." their Sensei ordered.

Shino and Kiba nodded their consent and they all separated with a new mission objective: Find Hinata.

"Hokage-sama, Kurenai wishes to speak with you saying it's urgent." Shizune informed.

"Then what are you waiting for, let her in." Tsunade ordered.

Kurenai quickly stepped into the Hokage's office.

"Hokage-sama thank you for seeing me."

"Yes, well, I'm wondering why you aren't on your mission right now. Surely, something important must have come up." Tsunade said eyeing Kurenai suspiciously.

"I do, Hokage-sama. Hinata Hyuga is missing. At least, that is what I'm assuming."

"Assuming?" Tsunade raised one of her eyebrows.

"Hinata is never late and when she is it's only a couple of minutes late. My students' and I have been waiting for over an hour, but she never showed up. I thought it be best that we instantly check her apartment. We searched but she wasn't there. As we speak, Shino and Kiba are searching for her."

"Are you sure you thoroughly checked Hinata's apartment."

"Kiba and Akamaru would have detected her. They know her scent but found no trace. In fact, they informed me her scent simply vanished 30 minutes more or less ago."

"Vanish?"

Kurunie solemnly nodded. "Her scent didn't leave a trail."

Tsunade frowned. "We should wait an hour or two for her to show up. If she doesn't then I will be sending out a team to find her."
