Chapter 08

Eddie's point of view

I can't really hang out with Richie because my mom thinks he's gay.

It's an excuse he is probably gay though, my mom just doesn't like him I don't know why she's always like "I have no idea why you hang out with him ed," or something like "oh with Richie?!" then it's added by a "be careful," I get uncomfortable every time, it's not like he's toxic. He's the sweetest and most nice person I have ever met. As I make my way to the cafeteria I suddenly feel a arm around my shoulder "hey eds!" I get a bit startled he chuckles his arm still around me. I smile when we get to the cafeteria we look for a seat and grab the first one we see I sit as he gets a school lunch.

When he gets back he sits right next to me as he takes a bite of pizza "how do you eat that" I say he smiles "you mean this?" he says as he puts it in my face "ewww!" I shriek then Stanley sits down and says laughing, "it really is gross!"

Richie's point of view

I continued eating the school lunch pizza it wasn't that bad they were being dramatic. We then see Bill with a girl with Aubrey colored hair. Is that Beverly?!

We all are fixated on this scene you see Bill simply doesn't talk to girls because he's a nerd no offense but he's a nerd like a geek, and I mean that in the nicest way. Eddie was sitting right next to me so why couldn't I simmer up the courage to hold his hand. He's been weird lately....

Bill came to the table the girl followed and sat down while Bill got lunch "so did you ya know to Bill" I made an inappropriate gesture he said back, "God Richie shut up, " she said surprised, " no ewwww".
