"Pleago? You fucking serious? max where hiding, where ment to be keeping low, how is going to a city, where loads of people live and could see us staying low!" Heather had spoke a slight hint of hostility within her tone, of course this was nothing new.

Heather had sat down, her arms crossed to try and protect herself from the chilled cold weather that had treeked out from around the trees. Max on the other hand had grabbed the blanket and wrapped it around himself before reaching his arms out, offering for her to join within the warmth, she had just glared at him a way in which she said no, he had then only shrugged in return.

"Heather its for the best" Max had started letting out a yarn before he carried on, "Theres a shit ton of jobs, pleanty of hiding spots and real cheap places to stay" He carried on a smile on his face, not giving Heather the time to refuse his plan.

"Its not like where really wanted, i mean it was just yesterday, would someone of found him already? i highly doubt it" he had started talking before falling silent, Heather had started looking to the groun, her eyes closed before she placed her hands over her face. Max had then crawled over to her side, wrapping his arm around her leading to the black haired woman resting her pale head on his shoulder.

"I think he would of...you know for been a dick he had quite the amount of friends, there over most the time. Theres no doubt in the fact there going to blame me, i mean they...dont like me and ive ran off" She paniced, her voice had lost the hostility it been replaced by a sort of tremble.

This was something new to max as well Heather was the type to keep to herself, she never shared storys of her past, never talked of her family nor any storys which would show her as more then an angry stoner. This filled him with a sort of dread, he dident partically know why, just seeing her talk of this feared him, was she already giving up or was she finaly starting to trust him?

"Well, dont you think its worth a shot?" Max had spoke stroking Heathers back before bringing her into a hug.

Heather had said nothing in responce, been lost in her thoughts and not really wanting to start an argument with her friend. Instead she just looked to him and took a deep breath.

"so, thats a yes?" Max had smilled before sudenly sprouting up. He grabbed the blanket and stuffed it into his bag before getting on his knees, packing everything else up in quite the rush.

Heather had still just stayed quite, crossing her arms again and just watching her freind quickly push a bottle of pop into his bag before trying to zip it shut, give up half way thought and just leave it to stand up and grab heather by the arm.

Letting out a little shocked yelp as max yanked her up, grabbed her hand and started dragging her throught the dense forrest floor. She let out a long drawn out sigh before just going with it and walking by his side, keeping a hold of his odlly smooth hands.

The two had carried on throught the brambels and ferns of the forrest. The orange leafs danced to the ground as what flowers where left where slowly starting to wilt. The chilled weather had started to warm leading to the bugs to carry on with what little time they had left of there lives.

Heather lisiond as the leaves crunched under foot. It oddly brought her satisfaction, the sound of a dead leaf giving all it had left on making that sound, a rather beautiful sound at that. She found the sound rather addivtive, that onces she stood on one she needed to step on another in hopes of a loulder crunch. Of course this would just lead to her wanting to stand on another, then another, all just to hear the noise in which was music to her ears. Maybe the crunching of leafs wernt the only thing that she found addictive.

Heather had looked up the the sky filled with the branches of dying trees, amber leaves who still held hope for another sunny day clinging onto them. She found herself trapped, thinking of that night. The blurs of what she could renember set her heart racing, How he approched her, how he raised his voice as always. How she just went along with it all hopeing it wouldent end with her having to hide more then what was already weighting her down. Throught all of this there was a new feeling that had started to srir, the feeling inwhich she got when standing on crunchy leaves. That sort of feeling she craved to feel again, the adictiveness of it and how she longed into the time she could do it again.

She looked back to max who was holding tightly onto her hand. His blond hair blew within the little wind that was able to rush throught the trees. He looked back to her his blue eyes filled with what could only be exitment. Heather nether understood why he always seemed so cheerful espisaly now. He was with a murderer running for his life when he dident have to! what was there to be so cheerful about?

"Heather, you okay? you havent bugged or well insulted me for a while now" He spoke quite nervesly.

Heather had proceeded to roll her eyes before letting out a small sigh. "Your far to protective of me, im fine, wont you think i would tell you if something was wrong!?" she snapped out pulling her hand away from him.

Max stopped in his tracks, resting his hands on his hips before looking down to Heather.

"No, you never do Heather thats why im so fucking worried, your not telling me what happend that night, your not telling me how i can help! your not lashing out at me, or anything in a matter of fact." Max had started shouting to her his arms ending up frailing around all over the place. He looked to Heather seeing her eyes had started to swell up. "Heather please, im here for you, i want to help but im not going to be able to if you keep everything away from me"

Heather had only responded by looking to the grassy ground, her vision blurred by the tears as she all so despritly tried to keep the tears in. "Max i dont- dont want to talk about it okay?" She spoke softly wipeing her eyes before taking a deep breath. "i just, dont want to think about it...not now."

With this Heather had went up to the taller man, wrapped her arms around him to give him a hug. Leaning onto his chest she had only started to cry. She wanted this to be over and done with but she new that would never be the case, who knows how long she will have to run into finding somewhere safe?
