Mrs tuck met my eyes and chuckled lightly " it's strange how over the years my reflection has changed"

I gave an sympathetic nod  while I fidgeted in my chair . She hadn't told me why I'm here and the thoughts of what and why was almost to much to handle

"But that's another story . You see , when I look at you I see myself at your age , oh how  I changed .... thank god for that may I add !well then ,I suppose you are wondering why your are here hmm ? Well ,I would like to make you an offer. The horse you saw this morning, I haven't seen her so............happy "

I frowned, the little mare ? Happy?!  She looked at my expression and smiled softly"there's something there  between you .let's call it a bond like it or not "Mrs tuck answered

My eyes widened at the thought of me and that horse together .she was so bitter who would of thought she'd be capable of any love, but yet again ,could someone say this about me ?

" I'm sorry miss but I wouldn't be able to cover at least half of what shes worth , let alone the vet bills and stabling after" I told her with a week smile . My face turning the shade embarrassment

" did I say anything about cost ? I do know about your ....let's call them financial issues . For all you have to do in order to pay her keep is to work harder in school , spend as much as your free time with her riding and not to mention place in the lizabeths crown trials"

I stood up in my seat so fast it fell back in total shock " I can't ride English I'm a western rider ! I can't do anything but it ! And you want me to compete in one of the most well known English-ridin' shows in England!"

" baby steps remember? This is my preposition for you .she is a big priced horse ,with great potential . I don't get you Alexander one bit ! "she muttered with one hand rubbing her temples

"It's Ally ! No one calls me alex or Alexander " I i interrupted

"This opportunity isn't like any other opportunity ..... the thing is we can't do anything with her and the schools coming to a discussion. We have tried to sell her believe me, no one will take her , so ..it's you or she will have to  be put down . No point in a horse that can't work,Ally!"She sternly said

I gasped and covered my mouth , as if I was trying to stop my self from saying things ; Things that I shouldn't say ! How dare she take a life of any living thing just because of money reasons and prophets - and she had the cheek to think that  I was anything like her !!! I felt something boil in my body .a fire.a rage.a storm !
" You would destroy a life just because she's useless?! Not that she was in pain or was suffering? Noooooo! You  would put her down because she's nothing to you am I right ? She's just a horse with a price ? A menace? ! Well I'm not gonna let that happen! I'm gonna take her on and prove you wrong . Enter me up right now . Sign me up and saddle Pandora up .we are ready !"

And so like that I left ,sweat dripping down my face and my hands shaking.
