(Y/N) grandma was away for the weekend on a church retreat. This wouldn't have bothered (Y/N) but now things have changed. It seemed routine for her to invite Billy Hargrove over to her house when her grandma left her there alone. At first it was just so she could get to know the town's bad boy and just befriend him but now whenever he sees that her grandma's car is not in the drive way, he just walks up to the door and knocks. This had become routine for the both of them. So when (Y/N) picked up the phone and called Billy over to hang out and study, there was not another thought about it.
The pair were sitting in (Y/N)'s room, one studying for her History test and the other was laying on the bed with his feet dangling over the side, bored out of his mind.
"Do you have a light?" Billy asked her as he holds up his unlit cigarette. (Y/N) made a face.
"Don't you usually carry one on you?" Billy waved her off and asked again.
"I don't have one because no one in this house smokes anything. Go to the store or back to your place to get one." She went back to her studies. Billy groaned and pulled out his own lighter. Truth be told, Billy's lighter was running low on lighter fluid so Billy thought he would give it a shot and ask (Y/N) if she had one. Of course Billy knew that there was no smoking allowed in the house or her Grandmother would kick her out and she would have to live hundreds of miles away from Billy.
"What? You guys don't have birthday cakes or candles?" Billy grumbled as he lit his cigarette and walked to the open window that sat on the other side of her bed. He sat on the edge and watched as (Y/N) scrunched her nose and then highlighted something. It amazes Billy that (Y/N) could be proactive when Billy was there. Eight out of ten times when Billy was there, they had sex. But every other time he would come over, she wasn't 'in the mood' which Billy thought was total bull shit. Whenever Billy was around (Y/N), he was always 'in the mood.' This visit was no different.
"You done yet? It's been an hour or so." Billy grumbled again, impatient to spend some time with his girl. (Y/N) sighed and slouched in her seat, totally not paying any attention to the handsome blonde.
"How does this make any sense to anyone? I get math, I love, love, LOVE writing essays and reading, but this shit?! How could anyone want to remember dead old guys and stupid wars? Like, how is that.. How!" You ranted as you pulled your hair. Billy put out his cigarette and walk over to (Y/N) to rub her tense shoulders.
"Okay, you are definitely taking a break. Let's go." Billy took (Y/N) by the shoulders and steered her to her bed.
"What are you doing? I have to study!" She exclaims but didn't protest any more than that.
"I am forcing you to take a break. I also want you to pay more attention to me." Billy said as he kisses her jaw and neck. (Y/N) sighed at the sweet little kisses Billy produced and relaxed more. Billy could be sweet when he wanted to. And very, very convincing.
"Okay, okay," (Y/N) giggled as she pushes Billy away. He chuckles and watches as (Y/N) blushes and looks down. The pair were laying down, facing each other.
"Hey, you are going to do okay. I promise you are." Billy whispers as he pushes a piece of hair back behind (Y/N)'s ear.
"Well, what about you, Billy?" She asks. Whenever (Y/N) showed how much she cared for Billy, his hands would tingle and he could feel his heart in his throat. No one cared about him as much as she did. He was still figuring out why she did.
"Don't worry about my, sugar, I'll do just fine." Billy said as he caresses (Y/N)'s cheek.
