Getting out my bed to get ready for work I thought about what happened the night before. Seeing her ex husband really put things in perspective for me. He really is a joke. I got up and walked to the bathroom. I started my water to wash my face and brush my teeth.
After that I started the shower to bathe. I got in and let the water hit me. I lathered my rag and bathed. After I was done I cut the water off and dried off. Wrapping the towel around my waist I went in my room and pulled out a pair of boxers.
I put them on and walked to my closet and put on my clothes. I sprayed my suit down with my cologne and grabbed my stuff to head to the car. As I was walking to the door to lock up my cell rings.
"Hello."
"Hey Mr J. How are you this morning?"
"I'm making it. How are you?"
"I could be much better. I really need to talk to you." Lakeisha said.
"Oh. What about?"
"Can I just talk to you when you get to school? You usually be here by now so that's why I called."
"Yeah I had a long night. But sure I'll be there in a few minutes. Are you sure you are ok?"
"Yes. I can wait."
"Alright then. I will see you in a few minutes."
I hung up with Keisha and got in the car. As I backed out the driveway my cell rings again. I put the call through the speaker and answered.
"Hello."
"Hey how are you this morning?" Dana asked.
"I'm well and you?"
"I'm a nervous."
"And why are you nervous?"
"Cause of last night. I know you said you want go anywhere but Silas is a mess and I don't want him to ruin this for me. I really like you and want this to work out." Dana said.
"Hmm. Interesting." He said.
"What?"
"Nothing. Just know I watch everything and I know what is going on. I can't say that he will stop but I will say it takes more than that to drive me away." He said with a smirk on his face.
"Whew. That is a relief. Well I want hold you. I'm running behind and got to get to work." Dana said.
"Don't feel bad. I'm like a minute away myself. And my phone had been the hotline already."
"Well I'll see you in a few then?" Dana asked.
"Of coarse you will."
Gemini hung the phone up and parked his car. He grabbed his things and headed to the door so he can go to his class. He swiped his badge and walked down the hallway.
