I locked my phone and looked at Nat and Kota. "I just texted Melissa.." I mumbled. Kota immediately looked appalled but suffered through a fake smile.

"I still can't believe you actually listened to us!" Nat exclaimed, looking at Kota. All he does is nod.

"Kota," I started, "you seem kinda.. off." He just shrugged.

"Kota." Nat directed sternly.

"Just shut up!" Kota screamed and darted out of the room, slamming the door behind him.

I squinted as the sun was shining directly into my anxious eyes, grass stains contaminating the front on my white cleats. I jogged over to the rest of the team and we began stretching, just to wake up our muscles. After a minute or two, most of the girls rose to try touching their toes with their fingertips. The majority of them also knowing the football players were totally staring at their asses from the other side of the field. The "main group" of guys started whooping and whistling just to get our attention. Melissa and her posse just stood there giggling.

Honestly, it makes me genuinely pissed off that fellow women will just take harassment from males. Yeah, I get it can be flattering or whatever but honestly, why? You are no item belonging to a male.

"Fucking pigs." I muttered under my breath.

"What did you say, girl?!" Melissa yelled to me, her constant excitement was really starting to grind my gears.

"I was just saying to myself," I started. "that Luke Connors and them are pigs!" I shouted back, secretly hoping the guys heard me.

Melissa looked at me strangely and cocked her head to her right side. "What do you mean, b?"

I rolled my eyes and retorted, "They stand their and whistle as us as if we give a fuck. I certainly don't."

"But they're so cute!" A blonde teammate raved, basically drooling out of her mouth. I just shook my head and went back to stretching.

"Believe it or not, I was quite the athlete back in my day and I still got a little kick in me." I joked, while Nat and Kota looked at me like I was insane.

"You gotta be kidding me!" Kota laughed- hysterically might I add.

"No, I'm serious!" I shouted, also basically cackling.

"Prove it." Nat said while clearly trying way too hard to keep a straight face.

"Fine!" I yelled. "I'll go get my team pictures! I'm pretty sure Nana has them stuffed in some box somewhere." I ran out of the room with a smile on my face. As I ran over to the main house, down the stairs to the basement, I tried to think where they might be and why I even cared.

"Oh well." I chuckled under my breath. "I give up."

I started my leisurely walk back to my wing. Quietly opening the doors and tip-toeing across the oak flooring. As I approached the door, I opened it just a crack and then all at once. I thought I was going to sneak up on Kota and Nat and scare them, only to find them making out on my bed.

so I updated!!! ik ik, it's lame & short af but I just wanted to get one in quick bc I've totally been letting y'all down lately. I'm so so sooo sorry for that! school stuff has been really busy lately but spring break/summer are coming!!! so I'll be available more soon :-)

also I guarantee you're gonna fine a million spelling or grammar mistakes in here, it's literally 3:30am but I really wanted to get an update in for you guys!! big s/o to everyone who's been supporting & voting and commenting all this time, y'all mean the world to me.
