Moonless nights behold her pain
They reflect her inner void
Surrounded by liars, she understood
The world is too deaf
to hear her cries
Every passer-by spitted upon her
The judgments and shame,
do burned her heart
But she was a warrior and not coward
A knight who fights in daylight
For the world she's a slut
full of dirt and sinner's ash
But out of those ashes, arises a hero.
~Amorura
A poem about a sex-worker who was burned with social norms but she's no coward and a warrior she knows how to arise from ashes unto which she was burnt earlier.
