Chapter 6

THE NEXT MORNING

Tyler woke up with someone squirming beside him. He opened his eyes to see Lucie snuggling closer to him for heat. So she really does look like a kitten Tyler thought as he kept watching the hybrid sleep peacefully.

The peaceful and silent time of the two was disturbed by a knock as a maid went her way inside to wake up the two.

"Sir, please wake up, your brother's asking for you." the maid spoke at the end of the bed and quite away from the sleeping couple.

Tyler sigh annoyed as their quite time as disturbed. Lucie who heard the maide immediately woke up  bounce out of the bed and turned around to face Tyler. Without them noticing the maid went out of tge bedroom.

"Tylerrrrrr, lets out now, your brother might say something inportant to you" she tried to convince Tyler cutely.

Tyler blushed looking away from Lucie as she keeps acting cute to convince  him to follow her.

"Arghh fine, just stop looking cute and adorable okay?!" Tyler asked blushing while Lucie just smiled at him cutely.

Lucie turned around faving the door and rushed out leaving Tyler behind.

They both went downstairs and found Terrence watching some show on the television.

"Good morning" Lucie chirped happily smiling.

"Good morning too" Terrence greeted back.

"Well, what are you waiting for? Lets go eat now!" Tyler said rushing off to the dining area. Looks like he is really hungry Lucie thought rushing off as well.

After eating breakfast they went to the living room to watch some movies. After three horror movies ,Lucie was a sobbing kess while Tyler keep comforting her even though he was the sole reason why she is crying. Suddenly Tyler's phone rang, leaving him no choice but answer it. He stood up and answered the fine while Lucie is finally calming down. Tyler went back to the couch.

"Sweetheart is it alright if we do some work now? You know to catch some bad guys!?" Tyler asked as he felt bad leaving her in this stae but his company needs him.

"Its fine, Im just gonna watch sone cartoons and wait until you get back" Lucie smiled, traces of her tears all gone now.

"Then I'll get going now, see you later sweetheart" Tyler bid goodbye as he kissed her red little cheeks.

Lucie blushed and waved goodbye.

That night, Tyler wasnt abke to get hone early and found Lucie waiting for him on the couch in the living room. He lift her up on his arms and went upstairs to his bedroom to sleep comfortably.

A WEEK LATER

Lucie sat on the living room floor coloring her little heart away. She had begged and begged Tyler to buy her a coloring book until the man finally did. Lucie was so happy with it too. She hunned to herself as she colored, she was minding her business as people walked around the house doing business with Tyler.

"Whatcha got there?" Tyler spoke behind Lucie.

Lucie turned around a wide smile covering her face. Tyler was leaning against the door frame watching Lucie.

"Look!" Lucie spoke excitedly jumping up.

Tyler walked closer as Lucy shoved the almost finihed work into his waiting hands.

"Its beautiful" Tyler smiled causing Lucie to blush.

" Now listen I have a meeting in a few minutes  and I can't promise I'll be home tonight." Tyler spoke a hand on Lucie's arm.
