"So how are you both doing?"

Sora asked as she took a sip of her ice cold coffee. Tai and Sora were sitting down together outside the cafe.

"We are doing just fine"

"Is she working more than usual?"

"Well, her job does take up her most of her time"

Tai answered honestly, he slightly frown as he tilt his head.

"Where are you going with this?"

"Tai don't you get it, the signs. For crying out loud you're going to get married to Caroline"

"What signs?"

"She's cheating on you"

"What? How could you say that"

Tai asked.

"Because it's true. You have to believe me"

"Why?"

"Because I know the signs of love and Caroline doesn't show it"

"How so?"

"Long hours at work, pampering you, doesn't let you look at her cell phone, she talks to you in secrecy. She's hiding something Tai"

Tai sadly looked down at the table, letting Sora words sink in.

"You really think she's cheating on me"

He asked lowly, hurt can be shown in his face and in his words.

"I wouldn't lie about something this serious Tai"

Sora said sincerely as she reached out her hand to grab on to his.

"I'm telling you this because you're my best friend and I don't want you to make a mistake that you would later regret"

"Thank you, Sora"

"Anytime Tai"

*Later Same Day*

Tai let out a sad sigh as he unlock the door to his apartment that he shared with Caroline, his fiance.

"Hi honey"

Said Caroline with a wide smile standing in the middle of the room with a bright red dress and walked up to Tai kissing him on the lips.

"I was wondering when you were coming home"

"Oh"

Tai said nonchantly as he let her kiss him as he hang up his jacket.

"How do I look?"

She asked as she took a step back and twirl.

"Great"

Tai said quietly as he made his way to the living room to sit on the couch. Caroline, slightly frown at Tai's lack of attention but she was use to it. Ever since Tai been hanging out with his friends, he comes back with a different attitude.

"I made supper"

She announced as she headed into the kitchen and came back out with a chicken salad and sit up in front of Tai, but Tai looked at the food with boredom before looking away. Caroline sadly looked down and then soon smiled as she got behind the couch and gently began to massage his shoulders.

"Oh Tai, you're so tense"

She said leaning close to his ear

"I wonder why"

Tai said slightly annoyed as he moved his ear away from his fiance. Caroline swallow the sadness that wanted surface but she bite her tongue and smiled.

"I know how about a nice relaxing bath, that would help"

She suggested.

"You know what, how about we talk"

Tai said annoyed as he stood up to face Caroline. Caroline slightly glared at him, as she knew where the conversation was going once again.

"Where do you go after work huh? Why do you pamper me so much? Why won't you let me check your cellphone? Why do you only talk to me in secrecy? Are you hiding something from me?"

He asked. Caroline crossed both her arms over her chest as she sat on the arm rest of the chair.

"Tell me, who got into your head this time?"

"Just answer the question"

"Tai, how many times are we going to have to go through this, every day. After work, I always come home to you or even come home early for to prepare something special for you, as for the pampering, there is nothing wrong for being pampered. The reason I don't let you check my cell phone is because it's nothing but work related. I only talk to you in secrecy because I be in loud places and for the last time, I'm not hiding nothing from you"

"How can I believe that?"

Caroline pinched the bridge of her nose at Tai's question.

"Tai, then tell me what's the point of getting married if you don't trust me enough, the marriage will only lead to a divorce."

She gently stood up and made her way to Tai.

"We are going to get married soon Tai, don't you want to marry me? We need to get pass through this problem so we can have a future"

She said as she reached up to kiss him on the cheek.

"I love you, Tai Kamiya and I want you to be my husband"

Tai gently smiled but his smile soon disappear as he remembered Sora's words.

"Are we even making the right decision here?"

"Of course we are, we love each other"

She said confidently. Tai let out a sigh as he pulled away from her. Caroline rolled her eyes as her shoulders slump.

"Who got into your head?"

"Nobody got into my head, Sora and I...."

"Sora"

Caroline said cutting Tai off. Tai let out a sigh.

"It's not what you think"

"You been out with her for a couple of months Tai, what am I suppose to think, plus ever since you both started hanging out that's when you started questioning our relationship"

"I'm just making sure it's true love"

"Yeah sure, true love but your doubting me, making me sound like the bad guy, when all I do is try to make you happy"

"You do make me happy"

"Then why do you doubt me?"

"I just don't want to make a mistake"

"And you are not"

She said walking up to him and wrap her arms around his neck. Tai gently smiled at her as he wrapped his arms around her waist.

"You're right, I'm sorry sweetheart"

"All is forgiven"

She said with a happy smile as she gently kissed him on the lips.

"Now, how about that hot tub"

She said as she pulled away and headed to the bathroom as Tai followed her.
