"HITOSHI,is that really all youve got"
Father yelled at me as I slowed my pace down as a fully transformed wolf
Turning back I growled back"i dont like this,im not going to pass the stupid practical"
Lying flat on my back I left my tail and ears out.
"Son youve improved but you have to put In more effort you lazy ass"father only shouts,shouts and shouts.theres rarely any hint of him being proud of me.
"Youll be a hero shinso,you just have to accept youre powers"
'As if 'I thought getting up and hiding my wolf features.
"In leaving,see you tomorrow"I simply said as I say every day
This kept up for a good 8 months when the exams finally came.
I enrolled at UA to acomplish my dream.I will become a hero.
~morning of the exams~
"Im leaving father"
"Do your best,Im rooting for you"father yelled from the other room
Slamming the door closed I made my way to the bus stop."thats odd"i whispered seeing a red haired boy and pink girl stand by the usually empty bus stop.
"Oh hey there!"the red haird said
"eh" I nervously answerd holding the back of my neck
"Oh were are my manners that so unmanly,im kirishima ejiro"his voice was far to happy for a 7am morning.he took his hand out and I shook it."oh im mina ashido"
She gave me a big old hug.I felt awkward and kinda happy.yeah I think,they seem really nice
"im shinso hitoshi,nice to meet you I guess"
I looked around to see my stray cat.
I completely ignored the two obnoxious teens taking cat food out my bag.neeling down the cat miowed at me and ate the food I bring him every morning
"Is that your cat"ashido slowly approached him
"Eh,not entirely,I love cats and I feed every one I meet"
"Thats so manly"kirishima said adding"hey out bus is here"
"Well see you around shinso"ashido waved
"Well bye"
I gently waved the goodbye as they got on the bus.
I was too early to go to UA so Im fine waiting for the next one.anyway I didnt feel like talking to new people,its not like ill see them ever again
~at UA~
I walked out of the written exam very proud.strolling down the corridor towards the large hall in which I was ment to get a lecture on the rules"ill sleep through that"i streched and yawned getting into my numbered seat in the hall.leaning my head on my arms I zoned out only to be brought back to reality by someone really obnoxious and laud
"YEEEEAAAHHHHHH"
"its present mic" a green haired boy started to fan boy behind me mumbling like crazy.it made me giggle a bit.I dont usualy pay attention to things like famous heroes except eraser head and all might the green haired was shut up by the blond teen by him.I sighed as I listened to mic say his thing.
Large robots points and a time limit.cool.this just makes sure I dont pass,right?
A blue haired guy interupted mic and started to ramble about a mistake in the ammount of robots and told of the greenett"damn just get on with it"i whispered impatiently.present mic added in the zero pointer and sent us of.
"Ha purples,haw are you going to control the robots"
"Yeah,ask them questions
to death"my so called classmated started to try and put me of the task.
"No but do you want to be question to a certain death?"
I looked at them In disgust and kept on walking as they stayed quiet.
The gates were gran and many people stood in my assigned area.leaning on the wall I looked around with my drowsy eyes and spotted a green haired boy.
"Coincidence"I whispered whith a grin on my face.
"WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR GO GO GO!"
"So loud"
Im not revealing my quirk and even if I fail ill keep it safe.sorry father I cant,im not ready...
I kept running through the labyrinth of buildings using my wolf sence of smell to help people here and there when I turned a corner to see a brown haired girl stuck under rubble.to top of this situation everyone started running away not seeing the girl there.I froze I fear as the zero pointer robot came over casting a huge shadow over us all"isint this a bit extreme"I shook it of about to run up to the girl.
"DETROIT SMAAAASSSHHH"
the green haired boy leaped into the air as people gasped at his suicidal act.yelling out thoes words he completely folded the robot on itself sending a huge gast of wind to push a bunck of us over.i ended up landing on a bit of rubble cutting my arm length wise.but the green haired with that powerful blast started to fall to the ground.he obviously done serious damage to himself.I backed up ready to run with everyone alse as the girl he saved made him float and helped him to the ground.
"Holy shit,and I heard he had no points"i couldnt believe my eyes.well,I head no points after pointlessly saving people but he was something alse.I didnt try.I know I failed and im prepared for this but this kid might be something great as a hero.
I watched as a old lady called recovery girl healed the greenett and asked if anyone alse needed help.I stepped up and showed her my cut down my arm and she healed that instantly making.me feel a bit dizzy.
"Young man can you carry this boy for me"she asked me so kindly I couldnt refuse.
I picked him up bridal style and ti my surprice he was bery light.his messy curls covered his eyes as he peacefully slept in my arms.I felt my face gently heat up but ill never see him again.ill never see him again.the thought hit me as I placed him on recovery girls hospital bed.well theres no poin of caring,I dont even know what that means.
"Thenk you and ill be going home now"
I politely bowed and made my way out the room
"You did a good thing saving thoes people shinso"the old woman said as she let out a giggle
I looked back at he confused. how does she know my name?
I shook it off making my way home,honestly satisfied with my day.
