"Please!" Jai kept repeated hoping that Luke would get off of him.
"What the hell?" Logan looked between them both.
"Logan! Help me!" Jai squealed as he ran up to Logan and hid behind her. Just at that moment Luke looked up and caught the eyes of Harley.
The motions of his eyes raking her body up and down was captivating enough, his stare met hers and for that infinite moment they were one.
Harley watched with a startled look as Luke jumped off of the couch, he looked like he was heading towards Jai to finish off what had begun but he didn't. Instead he continued walking towards her until he was stood directly in front of.
She let out a shaky breath, looking up into his eyes. They were such pretty eyes. She couldn't move, he had her in a trance that she didn't want to leave. Her eyes fluttered shut as he leaned closer and closer, grabbing her face in his hands.
But at that moment a body pushed itself between the two, dragging them away from their almost kiss. "Woah, what's going on here?" Jai smirked but quickly squealed when Luke lunged for him.
Logan looked at Harley, who was blushing brightly, and wiggled her eyebrows suggestively with a small smile.
"Oh, shut up," Harley giggled as she gently shoved Logan.
"No!" Jai screamed as Luke picked up a chair and started thrusting it at him. The only way Jai thought would defend himself was to pick up his own chair and thrust it right back at him but that didn't turn out as well as though it would, so instead he lifted himself onto one of the bars above him and jumped over his angry brother, running back over to where Logan stood with her sister.
They thought it was just a silly play fight but Luke looked really pissed. Neither of them had any idea what had happened but it looked like Luke didn't like it.
He glared at Jai and started walking over to him again. The expression on his face could have killed someone alone, never mind actually hitting them. He was about to step forward but Harley jumped in front of him. She didn't know why, she just did it.
"Luke..." She started speaking but decided to stop when he finally looked down at her.
"Harley, what are you doing?" Logan muttered.
"Just shush," Harley held her hand out to Logan without taking her eyes away from Luke. "I don't know what he's done but you need to calm down." She reached out and placed her hands on his shoulders. "Calm down," she whispered, watching the anger dissolve in his eyes. "Good. Ok, I can tell you both need time to cool off before you try to rip each other's heads off again. So Logan you take Jai somewhere. I'm not sure where seen as though I just thought about it but just go somewhere and I'll take Luke." She wasn't too sure why she said it but she just knew that they had to have time away from each other.
"Ok," Logan nodded. She knew it was the best thing to do but for some reason Harley didn't expect her to go along with it. "Let's go." Logan grabbed hold of Jai's arm and dragged him out of the room.
"You okay?" Harley raised her eyebrow at Luke. He slowly nodded his head before taking a deep breath. "Let's just try to get your mind off of it. What do you wanna do? We can, uh... Man, I don't have a clue," she rambled on, trying to think about somewhere they could go to keep his mind off snapping Jai's neck. "We could go to, uh, the park? Back home? Or we could just stay here? It's up to you." Luke smiled as he watched her in amusement.
"Why not all three?" He grinned.
"It's kinda impossible to stay here and go somewhere."
"Well then, we can stay here for a while and then go to the park on the way home."
