Tris and Tobias had no more kids after the triplets. They are still living in Chicago and are very happy together.
The triplets are happy and heathy as can be.
Uriah and Zeke are crazy like always and married Shauna and Marlene,
Will and Christina had one child, a boy named Brian.
Lynn fell in love with Peter and Peter became good.
Finally they all stay together and lived a happy normal life.
