This is going to be a hospital AU.

I opened the door to room 22 to check on my patient kokichi. Me and kokichi are good friends because of how long hes been here.

You see I'm his nurse and he has is paralized from his waist down and has breathing problems so he stays here 4 days a week.

"How are you doing kokichi?"

"I'm ok" he gave me a little smile.

"Lunch is in an hour call me if you need anything"

"Thanks miss y/n"

You left the room to go do other important things.

I handed kokichi his lunch and his grape panta he seemed to like.

"Thanks miss"

"Kokichi you can just call me y/n I mean I like to think were friends"

"Of course your my friend silly"

"Oh thanks kokichi"

You gave him a hug then left.

You walked to the cafeteria because break hour was coming up were you could eat lunch and talk to other workers for a little.

You got your lunch then sat down with your favorite other worker Angie. She was your best friend however she was a bit weird sometimes.

"Nehe! Hi y/n"

"Hi Angie"

You opened your bento and took a bite of your sushi. Angie's phone then buzzed so she looked at the message.

"Oh sorry y/n something just came up I'll see you later"

"Its fine Angie"

You finished your food then went to kokichi again.

You opened the door and kokichi was blushing?

"Is something wrong kokichi?"

"Huh?! No y/n nothings wrong!"

"Um...ok well I thought we could hang out for a minute if you want"

"Yay! Y/n can hang out"

Aww that's cute. W-wait I shouldn't be thinking that! Hes just my patient.

"Y/n I think I should tell you something"

"What is it kokichi?"

"MISS ARE YOU AWAKE?!"

"W-what?" You slowly opened your eyes seeing a bright light.

"Your awake that's great!"

"Where am I what's going on?!"

"You've been in a coma for 4 years, did you forget what happen?"

"I don't know? And wheres kokichi is he okay?"

"Um...miss you and your friend kokichi got in a car wreck giving you a coma and....."

"Hm?"

"I'm sorry he died"
