The Perfect Date

They formed the eye lock for a while. Naina's eyes are beautiful like first ray of sun and deep like sea.
He's ready to drown into these for forever.

Naina slowly collected some droplet in her hand and throw onto Sameer's face.
It broke their eye lock, as he moved his face on other direction and screamed

"Naina"
"Ruko abhi batata hun", he was ready to avenge from her.

Naina started running on empty road and Sameer chased her.
They were running here and there like kids.
Naina always brought back a kid inside Sameer.
He relived the childhood, he missed, with Naina.

He grabbed her hand and pull her closer.
By folding her hand toward her back and pull her more closer to him.
Her body pressed against his.

Naina's heart started beating fast.
'Dhak dhak dhak'
It's loud enough that she can listen her own heart beat.

"Haan, ab bolo", asked Sameer looking at her.

His face was very close to her. She can feel the warmth of his closeness. She was trying to avoid the eye contact.
Naina was blushing. Her cheeks turned red.

With her other hand she pushed Sameer and turned toward other way.
Sameer was standing just behind her. Smiling and looking at her. Naina was also smiling, her body was still but she turned her face half tilted toward Sameer.

Sameer hold her shoulders and turn her toward him.
They looked at each other and stand still for a while.

The rain stopped. Naina realised it's already late for them to move back. Sameer arranged an auto riksha.

When they reached their school gate, Preeti was there, waiting for Naina.

"Kanha reh gayi thi, pata hai kab se wait Kar rahi hun",
Preeti handover Naina's bag to Naina.

Preeti then looked at Sameer, his hands were playing with his own messy hairs and a cute smile residing on his face, was a proof of the wonderful day they spend together.

It's enough to make Preeti understand.

She smiled softly and asked Naina,
" Ghar chalein, ye fir se date pe Jana hai"
And she laughed, Sameer couldn't hold himself and laughed along.

Naina hit Preeti with her bag and then join the jija-shali duo in their laughter.

Munna and pandit arrived hurriedly.
"Bhai Tu aa Gaya", pandit asked by putting his hand on Sameer's shoulder.

"Nhi, abhi bhi wanhi hai, yeh uska bhoot hai", Munna's irritation on pandit's obvious question was quite visible.

"Arre Bhabhi, kaisi ho", pandit didn't pay any attention to Munna's irritation and asked Naina.

The day Sameer fell in love with Naina, for Munna and pandit, rather being 'behnji' or 'teacher ki chamchi', Naina has become their dearest 'Bhabhi'.

"Main theek hun, achha hum ab chalte hai", Naina said while turning back.

"Arre, aaj Arjun nhi dikha Sara din", asked

"Haan, Sameer tera sala nhi Aaya aaj", pandit too asked scratching his chin in very thoughtful way.

Naina turned back at once and start staring at pandit with anger.

"Haan toh wo hai na, mere hone waale saale Sahab", Sameer try to calm her before she turn into Naina Devi.

"Unhe toh Naina ne Delhi bhej diya, Date ke chakkar mein", Preeti answered while laughing.

"Kya", mundit shout together.
Naina was bit embarrassed.

She was looking down then slowly she lifted her eyes toward Sameer.

Sameer was still in shock. This one was the biggest surprise from the list of surprises , Naina gave him today.
He lifted his both eyebrows, then widened his eyes and then smiled at Naina.

Naina too smiled shyly.

"Achha jijaji ab chalte hai, bye", said Preeti by waving her hand and turned to move.

"Achha, bye", Naina said slowly and wave her hand for the trio.

"Bye Bhabhi", both mundit responded.
"Bye" Sameer too responded with a cute smile.

Naina walked few feet, then turned back to look at Sameer.

He was also looking at her.

Then after every step she forwarded to move away, she kept on looking back at Sameer and every time they exchanged a smile.

When she completely disappeared from his sight, he still was looking into the same direction.

"Bhai , chali gayi" pandit said while tapping at his shoulder.

Sameer hit him with his elbow.

"Achha, bata date kaisi rahi", asked Munna with a notorious smile.

Sameer didn't say anything, just put both his hand on his heart and about to fall but mundit hold him.
This was the best day of his life, which left him speachless.

"Yeh toh Gaya", said pandit with serious expressions on his face.

"Tujhe ab pata Chala", said Munna.

They both looked at each other and laughed loudly.
Their laughter echoed around the empty school.
