"In the chill of your stare I am painfully lost, Like a deer in the lights of an oncoming bus. For the thrill of your touch I will shamefully lust as you tell me we're nothing but trouble." - Love Like War All Time Low

*Alaska's POV*

I don't know how long we drove. Maybe an hour, hour and a half. I was numb. The only thing I could feel was the soft taps of my tears falling on my thighs.

I didn't speak. I couldn't.

The only thing running through my mind was my mother. I wonder if she already knew I've been kidnapped. If the police are already looking for me. I hope they are. I hope they find me before something happens to me.

I felt the car slow down and make a turn.

I looked up and saw that we were driving through a mass of trees. My guess is we're in the woods on the border of Atlanta and my home town.

As the trees started to clear, a house became visible. It was big. Not as big as a mansion per say, but it was big. It was a two story house, built with brown bricks and black shuttered windows. Moss and Vines covered the walls beautifully. And wrapped around the entire house was a dark brown wooden porch.

As the car pulled to a stop, my heart started hammering faster inside my chest. This was it. This was my chance.

All of the guys simultaneously removed their masks and beanies, revealing their faces to me. I glanced between them. Making a mental note of how each of them looked so I could identify them if needed in the future.

The guy on my left side was the smallest of the group. He had died blonde hair with brown roots sticking out. He had blue eyes that would normally make me swoon if we were in different circumstances.

The guy sitting in front of blondie on the passenger seat had dark brown hair and brown eyes. He had an earing in his right ear and tattoos peaking out from under his shirt. His mark was on his hand. It was an outline of a swallow. Just plain and simple.

A person can identify another's mark by the faint glow around it. Which separates it from other tattoos. It was almost like a halo.

The guy driving the car had short, light brown hair and brown eyes. A faint five-o-clock stubble was perfectly shaven on his face. Almost like it was meant to be there. Tattoos were also peaking out from his shirt. He had no piercings. He would look like a completely normal guy if I didn't know the truth.

The guy sitting in the boot behind us had long, messy brown hair. He also had no piercings, but tattoos like the other two. His mark was also visible. I saw it when he ran his hand through his hair to tame the mess the beanie created. It was a knotted rope, wrapping around his wrist elegantly.

And then finally, I looked at the man sitting on my right. To say he was beautiful was an understatement. He was gorgeous. His hair flopped around his head in long, messy brown curls. His eyes where this light green colour that almost put my grey ones to shame. His lips were full and a gorgeous shade of pink with a metal loop decorating it. He only had two piercings. One in his lips and one in his eyebrow. Tattoos also evident on his arms. I couldn't see his mark, however.

All of them got out of the car and Harry stood by the door, looking at me with kind eyes.

"You can get out now." He said. His voice was softer then before. More melodic and raspy. I hesitated, not wanting to be anywhere near him, but be near him at the same time.

My feelings confused the hell out of me.

I slowly climbed out of the car, my eyes not once leaving his. I had stopped crying. Hope replacing the sad feeling inside of me. Once I was out and Harry turned to shut the car, I started sprinting towards the woods.

A yelp escaped my lips as a pair of strong arms wrapped around my waist. "No you don't!" He grunted, his lips next to my ear. I was spun around and slung over his shoulder. "Let me go!" I yelled, slamming my fists into his toned back.

"Stop struggling!" He complained, walking to the house.

"Fuck you! Let me go you asshole!" I tried again, kicking my legs in a pathetic attempt to get away from him. "She's got quite a mouth on her." The blonde boy said as we walked past him.

Harry's hips moved elegantly as he walked up the porch steps.

Anger replaced the hopeful feeling I had. My emotions where all over the place. First I was shocked, then I cried, then I was hopeful and now I'm fucking furious.

"I swear, if you don't put me down NOW I will kill you." I threatened. I felt him chuckle beneath me.

"Okay, love. Just calm down." He spoke.

His demeanour scared me. He was calm and friendly. He was NICE. And that only meant one thing. I was going to die today.

"I'm not kidding! Put me down!" I yelled and swung my foot down, connecting it with his thigh. He sucked in a breath and stumbled. "Fuck!" He groaned.

"Do you wanna be put down?! Fine!" He yelled and before I knew it I was thrown down, my ass connecting with the hard wooden floor with a loud thud. I cringed and groaned. "Asshole." I mumbled under my breath.

I looked up and saw all five of them stare down at me with raised eyebrows. I gasped at the closeness of them and scrambled to my feet, backing away from them as far as possible.

"Will you please... Please just let me go." I pleaded softly.

I didn't even want to think of all the things that could happen to me in this house. It made me want to throw up.

"I'm afraid that can't happen, love." Harry said softly. His eyes travelled down my body. Not in a perverted way that would make me feel uncomfortable. It was like he was studying me. Gathering information to store in his brain.

"Why not?" I countered.

"Because..." He started, but instead of telling me, he showed me.

He pulled down the neckline of his black t-shirt, revealing his chest. But more importantly, revealing his mark. My heart fell to the ground as the two swallows on either side of his collar bones peaked out at me. Identical to my own.

I felt my breathing stop and my world spin off it's orbit.

No... No, no, no! This isn't happening.

Even though I felt the connection at the bank and in the car. I needed this confirmation. The tiny piece of evidence that would make my whole world crash down on me. The piece of information that made me realise that I can never leave now. Even if they'd allow me to.

Because this man in front of me... this HARRY... He was my mate.
