Welcome to the future

"So are you coming to the graduation after-party?" Mike asked me after our ceremony. I shrugged. "Parties aren't my thing Mike, maybe S/n would go but I rather stay home." I fiddled with my graduation hat.

"Come on Y/n! When do you know that you'll see these sorry losers again, when do you know that you'll see me again?" Mike whimpers. I rolled my eyes and patted his head. Mike, my goofball friend since 9th grade, he's more of an extrovert, so he would try to invite me to parties, I have social anxiety, so being at any social event with a big crowd can trigger it off, I almost didn't go to homecoming.

"Don't worry Mike, I know one day we'll hang out, but I'm just socially exhausted, I need a break." He huffed in defeat. I feel two fingers poking my back and I turned around to face Jeremy. "Awe, Jeremy.." I hugged him tightly. "I'm going to miss you most of all!" "Excuse me?!" He lightly giggles ignoring Mike. "I-I'm going to m-miss you too!"  Jeremy still has a bit of a stuttering problem since we first met in 9th grade, it's honestly still adorable.

"Okay, Okay, Jeremy she's socially exhausted so back off." Mike pulled us apart. "That doesn't mean I can't say goodbye, Mike." He rolled his dark brown eyes. "Y/n!" My loud twin comes and pushes Mike out of the way causing him to almost fall over.

"Come on let's go, mom's waiting for us." I nodded and looked at both Mike and Jeremy. "Hopefully we all can set something up so we can hang out." I said giving both of them my last hug. "Bye Y/n!" They said in unison. I waved goodbye as S/n and I walked out of the building.

"Hi, my babies!" Mom pulled us in a tight embrace and backed away with teary eyes. "It felt like yesterday when I just dropped you both off for your first day of 9th grade." I laughed. "Sadly, you just witnessed both of us graduate high school..." I said mourning the loss of my childhood.

"Let's go and celebrate!" Mom said wiping a tear away while we follow her to the car.

TIME SKIP

"That was honestly so nice.." I said patting my stomach after a wonderful feast. "We have to eat there again!" S/n piped up. Mom nods her head in agreement. I look out the window, just thinking about how F/n, S/n and I were promising that we'll graduate together, but sadly, F/n moved away, so knowing that she wasn't here for the remainder of our childhood hurts me.

"Hey Y/n.." F/n said quietly, I knew something was wrong right away. "What's the matter F/n?" There was no sound on the other line after my question. "F/n, what's wron-" "I'm moving!" She interrupted me. I felt my heart stopped. "You're what?" I asked to make sure I was hearing correctly.."I'm sorry, but my dad got this job and he didn't like how mom was missing work and it was even a bigger chance that he's going to stay for a while, so he decided that we move so that everything could be balanced." She finished explaining between sobs, I cried as well, I didn't want her to leave.

"F/n, I reassured the others you'll be back, how would they feel when they know you're not coming back, imagine how Bonnie would feel." She sobbed, she didn't want to leave everything behind. "I'm sorry Y/n, I really am, but whatever decision they have, it's final." She sniffed. "I'm sorry we can't do the things we wanted to do, especially graduate together, tell S/n I'm sorry, tell the others I'm sorry, tell Bonnie I'm sorry...please"  She cried out. "Don't cry okay? I should be crying myself, my mom isn't letting us work there anymore.." She stopped crying. "Why?" I let out a sigh. "A murderer is going around and mom thinks that something will eventually happen if we continue to work there, which I don't blame her.." There was another quiet silence.

"So.." I stopped between a sob. "We have to say goodbye tonight.."  I rubbed my eyes. "So, we're just leaving them? Some friends we are huh?" I shrugged but of course, she couldn't see me. "I'm still sorry for leaving, Y/n.." 

"Don't blame yourself okay, things happen for the better I guess, we'll meet again."

My mind comes to focus when I see something that brings back happiness.

"I see that Mr. Cawthon is done with the pizzeria." My mom blurted out. It looks so different, it's much smaller in size and it has my favorite friends on a sign, well one of them could be something more than a friend...?

"Can we visit when they're open?" S/n asked excitedly. "Hey, remember you two are 18 years olds, your old mom can't be telling you two where to go." She did a slight head tilt before finishing her sentence. "Unless it's somewhere you shouldn't be." We laugh. "You can trust us mom, don't worry." I smile at her. 

TIME SKIP

I fall backward onto my bed, nothing as really changed in my room beside the BTS posters I now have on my wall (sorry if you don't like kpop, imagine something else lol). It is currently 10 pm, I looked at my phone as it buzzed. I rolled my eyes as I see who texted me. I ignored it. "What the fuck does Kat want?" I didn't open it, but the bit of the message says "Of course you wouldn't be here you antisocial bitch-" I sigh. I hear a knock at my door. "Hi." S/n said quietly. She was going to the party but, decided to stay home since she didn't want to leave me alone.

"Why you seem stressed?" She sits next to me roughly making me bounce up and down. "The slut texted me." I crossed my arms over my chest. "Why do you even have her number?" S/n asked confusion filling her voice, I sit up. "The only reason she has access to my number because Mike created a group for our class last week and added her in which I hit him on the back of the head for, if I blocked her then you know she would beat my ass for the whole world to see."

S/n rolled her eyes. "What she say?" I picked up my phone and read the message. "Of course you wouldn't be here you antisocial bitch, well, you're lucky you aren't cuz I was going to end your whole career tonight lol, this is why you can't get a boyfriend not even a trash can would date you." I finished. I can feel the negative energy coming off S/n. "She's lucky I'm not at that party or I would have beaten her prostitute ass." She huffed. "I just don't let her get to me, it doesn't make sense wasting my energy, you shouldn't either." S/n pouted. "You know how long I wanted to beat her sorry ass." S/n always had beef with her, either it was for bullying me or stealing her boyfriend back in 7th grade, Kat was a total slut and still is too. 

"Hold on until we get powers or something." I joke. "Whatever, but since you ain't going to see her again.." She takes my phone from my hand. "Block the bitch.." Then she throws it back to me...

"I'm tired so I'm just gonna go..." S/n got up and started walking to the door. "Okay, goodnight." I said. "Night.." She then closes the door behind her.

I lay down on my bed and think about them. "I wonder how they look in their human form?" That's what I'm more curious about. They were in terrible condition with cuts from head to toe, so I wonder if they look any better, I know they wouldn't just randomly show their forms to anyone.

"I hope they remember us.." 

AYYYY WE IN THE FUTURE NOW!! I also have more motivation now :D
