Jaeden
I coughed to try and get his attention. He stopped playing but didn't look over. "Took long enough." He turned around and met my eyes. My chest heaved and my heart thudded fastly. "Your dad is on his way." He explained. My eyes watered. "W-what?" I stuttered. His lips that seem to always be stuck in a frown; curled into a smile. "Oh, you're not leaving. And he doesn't know you're here." He said.
I felt like my heart was ripped out my chest and stomped on a few times. "I know." I forced out. I had hopes but I wasn't stupid. I understand all of this.
His smile faded. "Good." He said as he stood up. He picked something up from beside him that I hadn't noticed was there before.
A gun.
I wasn't exactly afraid of it, my dad has plenty of those. He loaded it and flexed it before putting it in his pocket. "He'll be here soon. I want you in here, practicing for the gig." He stated. "Sit."
I obeyed and sat at the piano. "Noah!" He called. No response. "Noah!" He called again. Nothing. "Motherfucker." He mumbled. He walked out the room and a few moments later returned with a walkie talky. "Noah fucking Schnapp, where the hell are you? You're supposed to come up to my apartment. You were supposed to be here." He said into it, clearly annoyed.
"Sorry boss. I got caught up. There's some commotion down here." I heard Noah reply. "I don't car- wait what do you mean commotion?" Wyatt leaned against the wall."Uhh, we got the friend, Jack, here. He's not talking. Knocked out Caleb." Noah's static voice came back. I stood up. "Jack?"
"Uhh things are pretty heated. I'm on my way." Noah's voice returned. In the back I could hear yelling. The voice that really caught my ears was Jack yelling at them to let him the hell go. "Wait, whys he here?" I asked walking over to Wyatt. He glared at me. "Shut up. Mind your own fucking business. All it takes is one word and that friend of yours gets his brain shot out of his head." He said.
Angry tears escaped my eyes and I glared back at him through them. "He's innocent!" I yelled. Wyatt furrowed his eyebrows, surprised that I yelled. He slammed his walkie down and stomped towards me. He gripped me up by my collar and pulled me over to him. "You listen here you little bitch, I might have spared your life and let you live but that does not mean I won't kill you right now, right here." He threatened.
I felt anger bubble in my stomach as I pushed him off. He stumbled back but didn't fall. He let go and I stepped back. Once he caught himself he ran to me and slammed me against the wall. His fist made contact with my stomach and all the air was blasted out of my lungs.
I tried my best to slide out of his grip but when I did he just slammed me against it again. He punched me in the face. I felt warm blood trickle down my lip. My anger and the burst of adrenaline still there. I managed to get a good swing at his stomach. He didn't stumble back just let out a 'oof'
Before I knew it I was pinned against the floor. Wyatt's weight on me. He punched me multiple times in the face.
My eyes opened and I was being dragged down a hall. My teeth hurt and so did every inch of my face. My chest felt like it was stomped on by a donkey and my legs were sore along with my back. I looked around. I was being dragged by Finn and Noah.
I blacked out again.
When my eyes opened I was in a small room, with a mirror next to the window. I was in a chair. Wyatt leaning against the wall, his arms crossed. His muscles flexing, his curly locks dipping into his eyes as he talked quietly to Finn. Noah was across the room, closer to me and the door. In front of us was a window but it was dark on the other side. I was scared to see what was over there.
"Finally. You're awake." Noah said. Both Finn and Wyatt looked over. I tried to get up but Noah and Finn rushed over and held me down. "Call in Ethan." Wyatt ordered. A girl I hadn't noticed before stepped out from a corner. "Yes sir." She said as she picked up her walkie. "Sadie to Ethan. Sadie to Ethan." She said. It took a minute before we heard a response.
"Yup." Sadie blushed a bright red, almost as red as her hair. "Uhh boss wants you. Room C194." She stated. "On my way."
Wyatt pulled a chair in front of me and turned it around so he was sitting stripper style. His legs on either side of the back supporter, spreaded apart widely to make it more comfortable. For some reason I was fighting an urge to look between them.
He folded his arms over it. . "You know, I didn't have to do this. You brought this on yourself." I was confused until the light in the other room turned on to reveal Jack sitting in a chair, tied up. I tried to stand up again but couldn't. I was held back down.
Then a boy came in. He had curly blonde hair styled nicely but messy. He had deep cheekbones and his cheeks and nose was full of freckles. He was toned and bulky. He had these big dark brown doe eyes. Sadie blushed and looked away. "I'm here boss." He said. "Your job is easy. Just sit and watch him. Make sure he doesn't break the glass. And here," He pulled out a phone, " record. His dad is gonna love this."
He patted my head before him, Sadie, Noah and Finn left. Nothing happened after I heard the door click;it was locked. I heard the start of the camera. The door in the other room opened. Noah, Finn, Caleb, Gaten and 2 other boys walked in. They all grinned over at me (except for Noah who looked apologetic). My eyes widened and I knew what was about to happen.
